We weren’t going to be able to make it to Nashville this year for obvious reasons, but in dark of recent events, we have decided to take the hit so we can see our friends for the first time in years. For bandcamp handout day, our digital discography is the usual 90% off, and we’ve also added a bunch of new listings to our discogs, and some more rarities to the bigcartel. Every little bit helps. by @martial.sound

Teaser for forthcoming "Brux & Bruitist" album.

"I am everything and the opposite of everything
No more will swindlers have their foot on our necks
I raise a cry, loud and clear 'Long live reaction!'
We are reactionaries in that we intend to react to every fucking subversive current
of national and natural life
and 500 echoes revolt to gnash it.
We'll be revolutionaries from the dagger to the lightning flash.
OUR VIOLENCE IS CHIVALROUS!" by @martial.sound

The first Martial Sound audio release will be available 5/30/26 at H.S.T.'s 3rd live aktion and first public performance the previous 2 being at private events. Pain Appendix, Hate Sermon, Reeking Orifice and Violent Pleasures round out an evening of confrontational heavy electronics.

[:Rare personal post:] Those who know me best know that I have struggled with depression and severe anxiety for the better part of 30 years. In 2023, meds ceased to work and things got bleak. Took action. Got better etc. Skip to present day. I am in the midst of changing careers. On October 19 I begin training to become a certified peer recovery specialist. It essentially helps people navigate life and "the system" who are in recovery from mental illness and substance issues. I'm really looking forward to it and I have some great, close, friends who have had my back and supported me on this journey since I put in the preliminary work (essays etc.). H.S.T. has 2 new full lengths completed and to be released this Autumn. More live aktions forthcoming as well as collaborations and more new material in the new year.
In the meantime. If you need or know anyone who needs mixing/mastering done via Martial Sound - that's my source of income until training and certification is complete. Bring it on. My rates are affordable and I am underground until the death. More pedals and microphones this week when parts arrive. Apologies for the rant.

Toldeo Pagan Madness gig was a great success. Big thanks to Ben @zebra_blood and the guys in Violent Pleasures for the accommodations, venue and hospitality. Pain Appendix, Violent Pleasures, Hate Sermon and Reeking Orifice all had phenomenal sets and it was glorious night of heavy electronics and transgressive art.
