Meet Mars 🛸

He is a professional tattoo artist whose passion lies in creating custom artwork that reflects the individuality of every client who sits in his chair.

Mars began his tattoo apprenticeship in 2020. Since then, he has dedicated himself to refining his craft through continuous learning, artistic exploration, and a commitment to creating tattoos that are both visually impactful and built to last.

For Mars, tattooing is more than applying ink to skin: it’s a collaborative creative process. Every design begins with a conversation, allowing him to understand the intention behind each piece and transform those ideas into artwork that feels personal and timeless.

Outside of the studio, Mars is also the founder of MartianMan Films, where he produces cinematic content for businesses, organizations, and brands throughout Southern Arizona. His experience as a filmmaker has shaped his artistic perspective, strengthening his understanding of composition, lighting, color, and visual storytelling. Those same principles influence every tattoo he creates, resulting in artwork that balances technical precision with artistic expression.

Mars joined Lovely Studios because he believes exceptional work is created through teamwork, trust, and genuine relationships. His goal is to provide every client with an experience that feels professional, comfortable, and memorable from the first consultation to the final session.

Whether you’re planning your first tattoo, expanding an existing collection, or coming in spur of the moment… Mars looks forward to creating something you’ll be proud to wear for years to come.

Come for the art. Stay for the community. 🖤 #lovelyintucson taken in Lovely Studios by @martianmanink
