It didn’t go as planned.
I gave everything I had, I put it all out there, but it wasn’t enough.
The season is over for me. Not much to say… it’s part of the process.

But look at me, I’ve still got a smile on my face and I think that’s the most important thing. 🫶

March delivered. 🌊
Consistent swell, heavy conditions, and La Nord at its best.
Powerful, committed waves, not an easy spot, especially on a paddle board.
Grateful to have scored a few and keep building experience out there.
Always learning, always pushing.

Lately, I’ve decided to put fun as priority. My year in Australia has been amazing: I’ve learned so much, made progress, and taken time to reflect on how I train. I’m really grateful for this experience.

Even if the past few months have been tough. Training at a professional level is very demanding, and it made me appreciate even more the dedication of the athletes I train with. Their commitment is incredible. But between back and shoulder injuries and the intense training, I needed a mental and a physical break: spending time with family and friends, recharging, and thinking about my goals.

After such a long break, my season’s goals will need to be adjusted, but my ambitions are still the same. Now it’s time to get back to work. I miss competing and the hard training, and I’m excited to rejoin the @burleighsurfclub asap to get back into the rhythm, before continuing with my French teammates in @hossegor_sauvetage_cotier .

I would like to thank those around me, here and elsewhere, for their support, their advice, and their love. I would also like to thank my partners @oceanperf_surfcraft & @mellowsea.watersport who support me in my projects and my choices.
