No great surprises here except Finland. I wonder America, wake up and stop buying rubbish and cook.

Diebetes is horrible but reversible...not advisable and difficult.

"Qu'ils mangent de la brioche"

Britain is fast becoming a complete joke if it isnt already.

Three is the magic number, but I am two years sober today! Sixteen months nicotine-free and five months free from the rest. Coffee was the last; I was drinking five cafetières a day, even in bed, then falling asleep. Classic neuro sign, the headaches were unbelievable and one of the hardest. I chased dopamine, sleep, and was hyper with uncontrollable impulse. It's what you do afterwards with yourself to avoid a return. I am not anti-drinking, but it is a poison. Learnings: don't drink alone at home, and if you are mentally dopamine deficient or experience mental issues, maybe not at all. Guinness and red wine with dinner once a week are probably okay. They are not good for you but cause less harm and offer something. If you want resveratrol, buy grape skin powder; don't drink red wine that alcohol industry BS. Abstinence is easier than moderation for me. I am lucky I have five good friends, some of whom go back to 1993, who all did this many moons ago and have been a great help. I am in the best health mentally, physically, and emotionally for a long time; type II diabetes is in remission. They asked me if I would talk to others struggling at the medical center; of course, I would. I am not becoming a lifestyle coach or anything; I certainly wouldn't take money, but if you're struggling, reach out. I feel now I am in a good position to help others. I will not lie, it's 18 months and probably the hardest thing you will ever do, but I don't know anyone who regrets it. The first three months are pretty bad; after nine months, benefits and rewiring begin. Wellness: Exercise, olive oil, lemon, garlic, ginger, unprocessed, whole and natural, techno (EDM), green tea, mushrooms, Allen Carr, mineral water, creatine, kefir, Greek yogurt, animals, sunrise and sunshine, magnesium glycinate, and support from real people got me here. I live a full life and do things I always have—racing, sports, pubs—although I prefer dinner. I don't crave anything and am happy to be around until the loop when people tell me the same thing again and again around 9:30 p.m.

Much ❤️ MM, and you most certainly are worth it...

Shorn, getting in the groove for summer, thank goodness. My hairdresser is Iraqi, so we have interesting chats. It is so diverse here in Barming. Yes, there are "stop the boats" people, who I don't have much to do with, and it's not all Polish and Romanians... We were here first, as the Church of St. Andrew across the road and my Kentish neighbor Mark Frazer with red hair tells me. There are Nepalese, Afghans, and of course, Italians... Yep, I like it. I grew up around the world, and you get everything: French, Italian, German, etc., products. A lot comes through, first stop...
