I’m touched when other women (and men) say: Martina, I want to be like you.

Much of my own fearlessness and courage comes from living in Beirut, Lebanon during the war. But my confidence also comes from inner strength that can be taught through specific techniques. Daring to be Different is one of my mottos in life.

Of course, much of my time is focused on DK Racing School and helping others become better, faster and more confident racing drivers, but I’m also being called to reintroduce something I used to love to do, which is helping women on my curated women’s retreats.

I used to love leading my 2 types of Women’s Retreats called “She Believed She Could So She Did” (more lighthearted) and “Xtreme Confidence Mastermind” (more of a deep dive).

I’ve now been inspired to develop and create my new retreat as a hybrid between the two, and am introducing FIERCE NEW YOU, a Martina Kwan Women’s Retreat. We’re going back to the beautiful desert of Joshua Tree on March 7-10, 2027.

It will be at the same wellness oriented private villa as in March 2022, with huge upgrades including a new pool, sunbathing pavillion, outdoor shower, meditation labyrinth, cold plunge, aside from the hot tub, outdoor and indoor yoga and sound bath pavillions. The villa has beautifully appointed bedrooms which can serve as doubles or single suites for complete privacy.

Magic happens in Joshua Tree. It’s a place to reflect, recharge and transform. It’s a place to take a deep sigh of relief that you’re in the safe company of like minded women with incredible meals created by Cordon Bleu Chef @eatchezlex Alexis de Tessan!!

I will be guiding you at your pace. You decide what you want? Lighthearted or Deep Dive. Would you like rest and relaxation? You got it. Would you like help changing your life in profound ways? You got it. I’m a Harvard trained Wellness Coach with methodologies and techniques to help bring out the best in you.

I encourage you to join me on our transformative journey to the desert energy vortex of Joshua Tree. Some of our bedrooms are already sold out.

If not now, when?

Such an amazing day at the track for an even better cause! 🏁💜

Here’s a little photo dump from the End Alzheimer’s charity track event! I’m so grateful I got to capture all the cars, people, and moments that made this day so special. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the cause! 📸

Feel free to tag yourselves and share! 💜 by @martinakwan

Today was the precursor to our @racing2endalz Streets of Willow Driving Experience in collaboration with Todd Gindy and @martinakwan @dkracingschool

We’ve been planning this day since July. One of our participants, Eric Brooks @_v2official organized for us all to have a photoshoot on the tarmac on Fox Airfield in Lancaster, CA. His plane is pictured with his dear Mom’s birthday as his tail number. She suffered from Alzheimer’s.

We had a dinner in the hotel tonight and as on my women’s retreats, I thought it would be nice for everyone to introduce themselves and share their honoree name(s) It was a touching and beautiful experience and shows how many people’s lives are touched by this.

My honoree name is my childhood friend Andrea Haskamp Godet whose name I will carry with honor on my racecar.

Thank you Phil Frengs for starting @racing2endalz by @martinakwan

Next up I’m honored to be the Opening Speaker at the Riverside County Women’s Leadership Conference @riversidecountywlc to an audience of over 750 Women. The title of my presentation is the slogan on my race car “Firehorse” that will accompany me to the event as well as Dwain. My slogan is: “Daring to be Different”

I will tell my story of feeling lost before turning 50, then turning my life around by remembering who I am and becoming a 3x champion race car driver. I also tell a story about how I overcame my fears of living through war torn Beirut, Lebanon as a child, with loud machine gun fire, rockets, bombs and explosions on a nightly basis for 2 years. I attribute much of the fearlessness I feel today, to overcoming those nights in Beirut. I’ve chosen my intro music as “I’m Every Woman” by Chaka Khan.

From Beirut, Lebanon to Champion. Dare to be Different with me!

What: Riverside County Women’s Leadership Conference
When: Tuesday September 29th
