I am incredibly honoured and overjoyed that my piece "F R E S H F I S H" has been selected as a finalist for the Jim and Jamie Self Creative Award!!

The recipient of this award will be announced at @iteaonline conference, VTEC between May 29th and June 2nd, 2021.

So excited to premiere our new duo collaboration ”Kindling” with @martinleet on Monday 12 October (tomorrow!) @becco_oslo as part or Mandagsklubben 🔥

Kindling: Two embers glowing together, sparking new ideas through ambient sounds and subtle grooves. Our music slowly unfolds, creating something warm, rhythmic and alive.

Combining the warm brass of euphonium and trumpet with voices and electronics, Kindling explores the meeting point between acoustic and electronic, tradition and modernity, the known and the unknown.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to Vol. 4 of Come Awa Hame at @papegoye.oslo ! 🫶🎶

It was so special to share an evening of stories, songs and music from North East Scotland and across Sweden and to bring all these traditions together in one room. 🌿✨
