It's about that time of the year when exceptional young people across Africa gather to learn and distill from the experience and wisdom of the Former President of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, GCFR. A father-to-children moment, where Baba shares his life experience with the next generation of leaders, bracing them for challenges, opportunities, and leadership roles beyond borders.

Congratulations to all selected candidates, I will be happy to receive you all in Abeokuta.

Hello Friends,
Meet Martins, the tennis player 🎾

I AM A TEACHER, BUT MY. CLASSROOM HAS NO WALLS📌

Teaching, for me, is personal. It is in the conversations I have, the lives I touch, the confidence I build, and the seeds I plant in young minds.

Through my work at the Youth Development Centre and other social activities, I am committed to teaching, grooming and nurturing young people to become responsible leaders and better versions of themselves.

I may not teach in a secondary school or higher institution, but I believe every young person I mentor is an opportunity to shape a life and influence a generation.

Today, I celebrate the teacher in me, and every teacher shaping minds, building character and inspiring the future.

Happy World Teachers’ Day!

Sometimes, making a difference starts with something as simple as a school bag.

I was glad to see my team successfully execute the maiden edition of the Obasanjo Back to School Project, in partnership with the Ogun State Ministry of Education, reaching hundreds of public secondary school students across Ogun State’s three senatorial districts.

The smiles, excitement and gratitude on the faces of the students were unforgettable.

For some, it was simply a new bag; but beyond the bags, notebooks, pens and other learning materials was a deeper message: you matter, your dreams matter, and your future is worth investing in.

And this is my "Happy Independence Day" message to you all.

If you truly desire a change in the Nigeria political and governance system, go and collect your PVC and make sure you vote for the right candidates.

No be everybody to japa!
No be everybody fit japa!
