as someone who used to live in the south, mama lou’s is one of those og spots that became our go-to especially for special occasions, whether it’s in their first branch in bf homes or in evia.

fast forward to more than 10 years later, they’ve opened a lot of branches and their recently opened branch in quezon city might just be the nicesta and homiest! 💯

as someone who’s starting to be mindful of what i eat and looking for protein-heavy dishes, this meal was a good balance between high protein and indulgent 💯

their chicken is oven-roasted, so it has no oil and added preservatives. their other dishes are just, but their chicken is really worth going back for 😋

@tippleandslawkatip is pretty nostalgic for those who spent their college days spending their breaks or partying here, but i personally enjoy tipple as place to unwind and catch up with friends over comforting food and great drinks! 💯

so glad they extended until sept 20, so i was able to try. they extended again until sept 27 as announced yesterday, but most likely tables are already fully booked (they accept waitlist tho) 🤣

while i have not tried his other viral spots, i absolutely love some thai and have been seeing great reviews, so i had really high expectations!

disclaimer: the 35-minute wait was on a sunday lunchtime which i think is the busiest time of the week in powerplant, and we were aware that we will be waiting for that long ‼️

overall, it’s good flavor- and quality-wise, and i really loved the shiitake miso soup. i will most likely opt for a different option given the many choices from the grid though, but i’m glad to finally try it to experience firsthand what people have been raving about!

this is a perfect on-the-go snack, especially if you’re craving creamy spinach pizza, but can’t finish an entire pizza! it’s only at ₱139 and it’s oozing with that rich and creamy spinach filling 👌🏻💯

try the new angel’s pizza strombolis, now available at any angel’s pizza branch near you! 🥳

some of my favorite go-to restaurants are all-day dining spots where you can come in for a coffee, stay for a few hours, and somehow end up having a full meal 💯

it’s always a plus when they have specialty coffee AND great food, just like @singleoriginph ☕️🍴

on top of that, they have a nice ambiance, spacious tables, and even sockets that people like me who work from cafes really appreciate!
