Every brand wants a creator community. Almost none of them know how to actually run one. 👇 The trap: you sign 50 creators, then manage all 50 the same way same chat, same expectations, same manual grind. So one person on the team ends up drowning in Google Sheets, chasing creators for screenshots of their analytics. A full-time job that produces nothing but admin. The fix isn't more effort. It's structure: → Tier your creators (the one who posted once ≠ the one driving revenue) → Give each tier its own goals, targets and chat → Pull every creator's performance into ONE dashboard That's what we're building at Marvellous creator management you can actually run at scale. 📌 Save this if you manage creators 📩 Send it to a brand stuck in spreadsheets ➕ Follow @joinmarvellousclub for more #creatoreconomy #influencermarketing #dtc #communitybuilding #founders by @marvellousjc
🇺🇸 Week 1 by @marvellousjc
she was charging £100 for brand deals. we got her £1,000. and honestly the thing that gets me is she wasn’t being taken advantage of. she just didn’t know what she was worth. she was guessing, like most creators are, and leaving hundreds every single month on the table without even realising it. that’s the whole reason marvellous exists. because the problem was never that brands won’t pay. the problem is creators don’t know what to ask for and they have no idea how to negotiate it even if they did. marvellous tells you what you’re worth. it helps you negotiate it. it handles your contracts, your invoices, all the admin that takes up your whole week so you can actually focus on creating content you are proud of. 2,000 creators are already on the waitlist. if you’ve ever signed off on a deal and had that feeling like you probably could have asked for more... you were right. you should have. @thehairgym is officially live. A year in the making, built with two of my favourite people on the planet @elleclancyx @maevemusic . The late nights, the laughs, the “are we actually doing this?” moments all of it. There’s nothing quite like building something real with people you genuinely love. We’re just getting started. 🖤 by @marvellousjc
