After 4 years of saying I'm going to compete, this year I actually did it! So here is the recap

Squat: 170/375 (20kg meet PR)
Bench: 125/275
Deadlift: 235/519 (15kg meet PR)

Total 530/1166

Everything went to plan expect bench quad cramped up on last squat attempt and hadn't calm down yet so I had no leg drive on bench. But I still had hella fun. Can't for the next one. Thank you coach Doug @dc.cpt and kaelyn @kaelynmaryfit for handling me. Thanks to the spotters that kept me safe on the squat and bench fails @jeremy.klaus_pl @russell_carleton taken in Victoria, British Columbia by @marvinkalaz
