6 months ago I embarked on a journey with @coralgardeners that has transformed my life in the most incredible way. These months have been a whirlwind of growth, learning and crazy experiences.

2 months. I still can't believe this is real 🌊

I built my own freediving school. Something I've been dreaming about for about 1 year and honestly, sometimes it seemed like just another of my crazy ideas 😅

It happened. And I'm still processing it 😅

The thing that I love the most is seeing beginners go from nervous and unsure… to just flyiiiiing underwater. That moment when it clicks!

To all the students who trusted me, who showed up, who sent the kind words and the feedback, genuinely, thank you!!! You have no idea how much it means🥰🥹

To everyone close to me who supported this from the start 🙏😘

And @marine.grosjean thank you for guiding me through my first teachings 🤍

There's so much more to come and I honestly can't wait!

I want to get as many people as possible into the water. Because once you see what's down there… you'll understand 🐠

Polynesia as a playground doesn't hurt either 😂

Below : how we did it

🧤We used 5-6% white vinegar, 60ml syringes with 50-90mm needles and gloves.

💉Method: Inject 10ml in 3 parts of the central disc.

⚠️ Spines are venomous - always use gloves!
