Day 2 & 3: There is something incredibly powerful about getting together and designing dreams, goals, and visions for life.

These women have built businesses, exited, excelled in their careers, put themselves out there, created families and amazing relationships. They’re achievers, dreamers. And yet, even on their best days can feel disconnected from their strength and power.

This retreat reminded us that we are innately powerful. And what matters most is WHO. Who we surround ourselves with will either expand and challenge the way we think, or shrink it. Who we tell our dreams and visions to will either be a mirror of belief or make you doubt yourself.

I’m grateful every single day that I get to uplift my clients and remind them of how powerful they are. And I’m really grateful that I’ve built a career around growth and positivity - and I create spaces where everyone in the room is a believing mirror (thank you @juliacameronlive for that phrase).

dated late 2005, bouncing between Portland & San Francisco

first burning man together in 2006

moved in together and bought our first house in 2008, Noe Valley, San Francisco (thanks to Will & Airin)

got engaged in 2009 where the Russian River meets the Pacific

had Simone in late 2011

married in 2013

moved to our magical home in San Anselmo, CA, 2016

moved back east and home to Long Island late Thanksgiving, 2020

moved into our current home in early 2023

Many cities, countries, and endless adventures together. Winding roads, deep + hard lessons, near misses, breaks + returns. Health scares and support. Many, many wins.

Solid + strong communities, beloved friends near + far, and those who have supported our love from the beginning and those who have joined our caravan in recent years are the ones we hold dear, still, today.

May we have more adventures, wins, and returns this year and beyond….

Some women are calling it their spiritual Super Bowl. Here’s who’s making that possible. ✨

As we are with every retreat, we were intentional about every person we brought in. And we are so excited to share who they are!

We asked the North Fork community who they trust most. These three names kept coming up — and when we learned their stories, we understood why.

What struck us is that all three of them found their way to this work through their own healing journey. That’s not a coincidence. That’s exactly the kind of room we wanted to build.

@mary.tonic — certified breathwork facilitator trained across nearly two decades, including advanced work with @davidelliott10 and @erintelford__ , two of the most respected names in the breathwork world. Her practice weaves together breathwork, somatics, and nervous system healing. She doesn’t try to fix you. She clears what’s in the way.

@lorraine.hayden — yoga teacher, sound healer, Reiki Master, and certified life coach with a background in neuropsychology. 27 years of practice, teaching since 2017. Lorraine overcame asthma, anxiety, vertigo and arthritis through the same healing arts she now brings to others.

@healingpointsacu — Dr. Michelle Iona, DACM, L.Ac. A Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine with 25+ years focused on women’s health, hormones, and fertility. Known for her warm, highly personalized approach and for taking the time to really listen.

There are seasons when we become very good at taking care of everything.

Our families.
Our work.
Our responsibilities.
The never-ending list.

And somewhere along the way, we stop making much room for ourselves.

That’s why The Comeback Season really resonated with me.

This isn’t about escaping your life for a few days or coming home with another list of things you should be doing.

It’s about slowing down long enough to hear yourself again.

To reconnect with the parts of your life that have been pushed aside.

To remember what you want more of.

And maybe even give yourself permission to put some of those things back on the list.

From October 14–16 at @SoundViewGreenport, an incredible group of practitioners will be bringing together transformational coaching, visualization, somatic practices, sound therapy, yoga, acupuncture and more.

I’m so excited to be part of it and to bring acupuncture into the retreat.

There’s something really powerful about stepping away from the noise, being surrounded by women who are doing the same, and creating enough space to ask yourself, “What am I ready to come back to?”

⏾ I’ve shared a few of the photos I took at the Grotte de Sainte Marie-Madeleine at La Sainte-Baume in Provence, the sacred cave where tradition holds that Mary Magdalene spent the final years of her life, along with a few from the Basilica of Sainte Marie-Madeleine in Saint Maximin la Sainte-Baume.

I’m still in awe and still sitting with the experience, the vision that came to me inside the cave, and what was stirred and perhaps awakened in me there. I have a feeling it’s requiring more energy and integration than I realized.

I was there just before the solar eclipse, traveling during the Lion’s Gate Portal, and now we’re on the precipice of the lunar eclipse. Needless to say, it’s been a time of deep intuitive remembrance for me.

I’ll share more when I find the words.⏾

⏾ The lunar eclipse begins this evening at 9:23PM. Go easy. Be gentle. Listen with deep intention ⏾
