The work before the work…

Feels like summer has finally just started… ☀️

The body speaks.
Through touch.
Through memory.
Through distance.
Through falling.
It already knows what remains unfinished.

Movement is where I return.
To listen.

“Mountains” | GARAGE21
📅 25.07 | 20:30

DANCE AT MEGARON

“Mountains” | GARAGE21
📅 25.07 | 20:30
📍 Kalamata Dance Megaron - Alternative Stage

Mountains is a physical reflection on time, memory, and existence, where the body functions both as performer and as a living archive of experience. Without the use of text, movement becomes a poetic language through which memory is recalled, erased, and reshaped.

Conceived & Visualized by: Garage21
Direction & Choreography: Mary Rantou
Performance: Evangelia Rantou

The performance is part of Systema - For the Greek Performing Arts, a collaboration between three of the country’s leading cultural institutions, the Athens Epidaurus Festival, the National Theatre and the Kalamata International Dance Festival.

With the support of NEON Organization for Culture and Development.
