Life moves fast, and it’s easy to stay in motion without noticing what you actually need or what’s asking for your attention. Having something you can come back to every day for a little clarity, reassurance, and direction makes aaaall the difference! 🥰 I think of it as my daily, special moment where I get to pause, check in, and reconnect with myself.

Ever have one of those days where you think, "Spirit has gone completely silent?" 🙄 One thing I want to share with you today is that Spirit more often than not doesn't sound like the barista at Starbucks yelling, "Jessicaaaa! Iced americano for Jessica!"

Most of the time, the guidance is much quieter. It looks like:

✨ A thought that pops into your mind and won't leave.
✨ A conversation that answers a question you never asked out loud.
✨ A song that shows up at exactly the right moment.
✨ A sudden feeling to take a different route home.
✨ A dream you keep thinking about days later.
✨ A book falling off the shelf, or someone recommending the exact one you've been needing.
✨ A deep sense of peace after making a decision, even before you know how it'll work out.

Spirit has always loved subtlety. Your Guides know your personality, your memories, your sense of humor, and they use all of that to get your attention. So before you decide Spirit has gone quiet, ask yourself... have I been looking for something louder than the message that's already here? 💫

Honestly, I would LOVE to see someone’s mom as an apparition — «hi! I’m MaryAnn, I talk to dead people, let’s hang!» 😂 😜

This is for everyone who asks me what is actually going on inside my mind while I’m channeling! Spirit communicates through the language we already understand: images, memories, feelings, words, songs, smells, symbols, little flashes of information. That’s why I teach that your imagination is one of the most important tools in intuitive development! So many people dismiss what they’re receiving because it feels too simple, too random, or too much like something they «made up.» Meanwhile, that’s often EXACTLY how the connection begins! 💫

In both The Guide(s) Book and Medium Mentor, I talk about developing your own psychic language. Spirit will use signs and symbols that make sense to you because that’s the easiest way for the message to come through. The more you work with your intuition, the more familiar that language becomes. 🙏

One of the biggest lessons Spirit has taught me is that life is happening NOW! The lesson is happening now. The healing is happening now. The connection, the growth, the relationships, the joy, the challenges, ALL of it is part of the journey we came here to experience! 🙏

When we stop treating life like a race to some finish line, we start noticing how much beauty there is in the process itself. We become more present, more grateful, more willing to participate in our own lives instead of constantly waiting for the next chapter to begin.

This was meant to find you today 💙 Manifesting is wonderful. Setting intentions is wonderful. Talking to your Guides, visualizing, praying, pulling cards, asking for signs... I love all of it!!! But at some point, you still have to answer the email. Have the conversation. Apply for the thing. Set the boundary. Take the risk. Make the decision.

One of the biggest misconceptions I see is people treating manifestation like a spectator sport. Spirit can open doors. Your Guides can send breadcrumbs. The Universe can line things up in ways that are absolutely magical. You still have to WALK THROUGH THE DOOR! 🚪

To me, manifestation has always been a co-creation, a partnership between guidance and action. Between surrender and participation. The people I know who manifest incredible things are usually the same people willing to roll up their sleeves and get to work when the opportunity arrives ❤️🙏

Last month I shared a post about soul contracts and so many of you reached out with questions ❤️🥰 So I thought a little follow-up was in order! If you're new to the idea, soul contracts are the lessons, relationships, and experiences our souls agree to work with during this lifetime. They're less about predicting every detail and much more about understanding what we're here to learn, heal, and grow through.

One thing I hear all the time is, "Why does this lesson keep showing up?" Well... that's usually the clue!!! Soul contracts tend to repeat themselves until we begin to approach them differently. So these are a few questions I like to sit with when something keeps getting my attention. They're not meant to overwhelm you, they're invitations, little nudges to help you understand what your soul may be working on right now.
