she’s an adult!!! HAPPY 18th birthday to my other half, soulmate, and best friend. 9 years ago when I moved 1000 miles away losing Maddie as a best friend was my biggest fear. Only seeing each other once a year for over half our friendship has not always been easy. There has been days and months of missing each other, updating each other through phone calls and 20 minute vlogs is not ideal for a friendship. But Maddie has never given up. Our friendship has always been my favorite and always will be. Thank you for being someone I can always count on and the first person I turn to when I’m having a bad day. I can’t wait until we don’t have to be long distance anymore and can spend more time together. I love you endlessly and here’s to a lifetime of friendship. by @marycatehill

Saying goodbye to a sport I’ve loved my whole life isn’t easy. My earliest memories of soccer include watching my brother play and having my dad as my coach, making this sport very important to me.
