@borndancinginc teamed up again with the Brooklyn Transitional Center for a work-based learning program. These adults all have a learning disability and they range in age from 18 to 21 years old. Melissa, Hannah, Jessica and I teach them about the work that happens behind the scenes. They designed their costumes, attended rehearsals, learned about stage management and designed the lights for their classmates. My co workers are the best. I can’t really sum up in words what this program means to me. I hope to do this again next year. Huge thanks to my head of electrics @timvantime my Born Dancing team, Barry Wizoreck and above all my co workers. I hope you enjoyed our time together. 📸: @mrjustgonz #disabilityawareness #disabilityinclusion by @marysauruslights
