Not only was I able to reach over 1 million people who want to learn how to make traditional foods and keep these skills alive, I was also able to write The Modern Pioneer Cookbook (at age 65!) that was published in 2023 by Penguin Random House (they found me on YouTube!!...and the cookbook is already in its second printing!!) - with future cookbooks to come.
