POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

You can just feel my excitement when I fully nerd out. Editing is more than putting clips together. You have to tell a story through visuals and audio, & when I say audio I don’t mean the lines said in the script.

You really have to get in your audio engineering bag to create a different vibe and experience when people view and listen to your project. Did you learn anything today? by @marzmultimedia

Every thing you do should tell a story. Not only do I write these characters, but I edit and market them as well. Being in the drivers seat of the post production is something I don’t often share with others. But if you watched the trailer I dropped on YouTube yesterday, I’m now showing you what I did behind the scenes to make this happen..

Later this week I’ll drop the full 5-minute bts that I created while I was putting my favorite spoken 3rd trailer together.. did you watch the full trailer on YouTube? What are your thoughts???

First I Dropped “Barbershop Talk” and I Dropped “It Girl”, and as you see with multiple sets of characters, who’s the common denominator amongst these conversations? Marz himself 😭😭😭. This wasn’t on accident.

I wrote both of these short skits to showcase what our antagonist is up against in season 3.. and more sneak peaks on the way.. the only question is, will it live up to the hype??? by @marzmultimedia

This project is the first official short film that I’ve had the pleasure of filming which introduces completely new characters in the universe !!!

“It Girl” releases Thursday, starring @mellobthegoat @extradoseof.za & @dylanjammer which tells the story of a content creator who bites off more than she can chew by immersing herself into the lives of the local musicians she tries to sign to her boss’s label.

Written by @marzmtb of course !!! #roadtoszn3 taken in Plainfield, New Jersey by @marzmultimedia

Filmmaking 101: people gotta root for the bad guys too. Perspective is something you always have to keep in mind when writing content. A villain with no motivation is a poorly written character. While we were discussing @hennygawd973 and his portrayal of Dion in season 1 and 2, I had to talk about how it was important that the audience knew why he hated Marz so much towards the end.

Comment below if I’m spitting
