Life is about transition and growth and a whole bunch of pivots. I am grateful and honoured to be a father. I got to step in and start an important role which I’ve embraced and try everyday to be better than yesterday. I feel my dad’s teachings, lessons and even mistakes come into play daily. I’m thankful for him. I get to be a father like presence to three wonderful, unique children who have accepted me and love me. I’m a piece of clueless work sometimes and wing it most days. Thanks for hanging in and helping me be a better version of what I am and was.
Thank you to my beautiful and wonderful partner Crystal for trusting and letting me help guide their children and niece through the day to day.
It was so wonderful having people and family wish me a happy Father’s Day. It warmed and fuelsmy tank.

Fuck ya to all the fellas out there, my friends, doing their best as dads of whatever that looks like. Honoured to share that role as father with you.

This lil rocker shined today. So proud and happy for him for trying something new and killin it. This kid has a natural talent, the music is in him and has unteachable natural instincts which came out today. Thanks to @blackbirdmusic.arts and @duncanshowroom for providing opportunity, support and an amazing, real venue to experience and create music. Thanks to Lj for the inspiring words you gave him and the invite back . taken in Duncan Showroom by @marzzo17
