Thank you, MASH St. Cloud families and athletes, for giving us the opportunity to watch you compete this FALL 🔔📈.

It was rewarding to see the heart, commitment, and willingness each athlete showed while learning what they need to work on individually this offseason. You are leaders in your communities, and it was exciting to watch friendships grow through competitive practices and games.

Two outs. Clutch moment.

Trust your middle-away swing path. See the ball longer, stay through the middle, and drive your hips through the pitch location.

Don’t chase the clutch hit—trust your approach and let it happen. ⚾️🔥

The feedback between swings is just as important as the swings themselves.

Every lesson at MASH is filled with feedback, encouragement, and ways for the athlete to improve 💪🏻

What. A. Weekend ⚾️

Way back in April Colt was selected as MVP and invited to the CIS MVP games in Iowa.

Fast forward to this weekend not only did his team show up ready to win, he was selected as MVP of one of today’s game AND his team won the championship! Bonus he got to play with one of his MASH Baseball teammates! That gold thing, it’s a massive ring!

This lesson consisted of four stations:

1. Punching bag drill
2. Hitting off the tee
3. Hitting off the machine
4. Resistance band work

Each station focuses on a different part of their swing, helping them build strength and consistency.
