Check out this skull stabbin’ frog I got to tattoo on my good pal @iankisertattoo last year! Always a fun time tattooing my friends and he only cried for some of the linework and all of the color, pretty good 👍👍

This tattoo is still one of my favorites! I made this “red snapper” piece last year for my good buddy Josh. We were industrial design students together in a past life and Josh makes awesome bags and other softgoods. Check out his stuff over at @jfrancis_designs

Not a puffer flail but still one of my favorite pufferfish tattoos! I love doing mashups and a puffer fish namakubi was so fun to design. This tattoo was done about a year ago, I’d love to do more stuff like this when my Winter books open.

Another bard frog I got to do at my last convention! Wish I got some more photos of this guy, but that’s conventions.
If you have a frog song in your heart and need it immortalized in ink, my books for the Winter will be opening in a few short weeks!

Throwback to this fun Hollow Knight tattoo from last year. I really enjoyed adding the Japanese patterns into their cloaks to make this piece more unique! Maybe someday I’ll beat this game 💀

Completed Justin’s cicada/hannya half sleeve recently. This was such a cool project that started as a coverup idea for the three tomoe (last slide) and evolved into a half sleeve! My favorite part was layering the colors in the wings for a kind of translucent effect. There’s even talks of continuing this piece upward so keep an eye out for that!

First session in on this epic Vader half sleeve! This is gonna be one to keep an eye on. I’m stoked to continue with it and I’d absolutely love to do more Neo-Japanese style Star Wars pieces when my books reopen for the Winter!

Finished this tattoo of Spaghetti the greyhound recently! Black and blue are healed and we added opaque gray and reds/pinks to finish it off. Super fun piece, looking forward to more like this!

Imagine you gotta write a caption for this tattoo. Do you go “swamp wizard frog raising the dead tadpole zombie from the dead”? Or are you gonna go “necromancer mushroom hat frog uses spells to zombify dead tadpole” I can’t decide!Swipe to see full piece around the wrist and let me know how to caption this post. Ok thank you!
