Schrödinger’s Cat question for all you Everettians out there: If the universe branches into separate realities with every possible interpretation of the wave function being witnessed, is there a universe where the quantum superposition itself is actually observed, and nothing has branched? Like, you open the box and the cat is still alive and dead at the same time, in something of a “Zombie Cat” situation? I’m imagining a macroscopically blurry superposition where quantum decoherence isn’t a thing. Of course that’s not our universe because we actually have decoherence, but could it exist for purposes of a scary campfire story or whatever? (The observer would obviously also have superposition eyeballs in that universe.) by @maso_hose

I count on y’all to tell me when Joe Rogan has a guest on that I wanna see, since I stopped watching him a long time ago, and you guys keep dropping the ball. Is Dan McClellan the first Biblical Scholar Joe has had on the show? Before you say “Wes Huff”, look it up. That’s not what he is. Also, Graham Hancock isn’t an archaeologist. by @maso_hose

“The sesame seeds which you have sent me, the signification of which is that your troops are numerous, I have seen and tasted them; They are numerous but they are tasteless, and good for nothing; Therefore I have sent you a bushel of mustard seed, so that you may know how the troops of the Macedonians are in comparison with the Persians… They are small, but pungent.” -Alexander the Great by @maso_hose
