We created this experience as an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and make space for what wants to emerge. Together with Marco, we’re bringing our gifts, practices, and hearts to the Sacred Valley to create a space where you can reconnect with your body, awaken your creativity, and rediscover the freedom of simply being present. Sometimes, you don’t need to become someone new. You just need the space to remember who you are. ❤️‍🔥 📍 Sacred Valley, Peru · June 2027 . . . #youarecreative #creativepractice #creativeawakening #connectionandcreation #wellnessjourney by @mason_steele__
Strength training is a NON-NEGOTIABLE for me. If we want to move through life smoothly, being STRONG is a prerequisite. I firmly BELIEVE that we should all be strength training. I love EMPOWERING people to feel more confident in the gym so that can become healthy enough to follow their dreams. For me, the handstand push up is a time where I get to practice PLAYING in the body. Having the ability to do different sports/ activities (for the next 60 years) WITHOUT the fear of hurting myself is one of the reasons I train… Additionally, the SCIENCE, and benefits of it, are increasingly pointing to its necessity… Some of the generalized BENEFITS: * 🧠 Supports brain health as we age * 🦴 Builds and maintains bone density * 🩸 Improves insulin sensitivity * 🚶 Improves balance and reduces fall risk * ❤️ Supports heart and metabolic health * ⚖️ Helps maintain a healthy body composition * 🔥 Boosts everyday energy and stamina * 🛡️ Supports joint health and stability * 💛 Boosts confidence, mood, and independence * 💪 Builds strength and preserves muscle 5 sets: 2 HSPU - 190 lbs SS 3 Seated OH Pin Press - 168 lbs Yeaaaahhhhh BUDDDDDYYYYYY by @mason_steele__
For months, we’ve been preparing this incredible experience for you. Peru awaits us from June 16–22, 2027 with masters, sacred rituals, and practices that invite us to reconnect with ourselves, @mason_steele__ and @lauracastro.co have been preparing for this journey all this time, aligning with a shared intention: the need to slow down, live more consciously, and move through life in a more human way. 7 days of learning tools to live in deeper connection with yourself and the world around you, while awakening your creativity. And we’ll have the honor of being joined by @marcogamboa333 , a wonderful medicine musician, who will weave his music into our practices throughout the week, accompanying us through meditation, breathwork, and other experiences, creating a deeper space for connection, presence, and inner exploration. Comment C&C, and we’ll send you more information. ✨ #peru #connection #creation by @mason_steele__
I love the optimism of a new week! We are all battling addictions: whether it’s to a substance, a false belief system about ourselves, an emotion, a polarized archetype, etc. Today is the best day of your life because you are alive. Nothing else is guaranteed. I pray that we all may find the inner strength to uncover/become the Man or Woman we are meant to be. P.S. when you heal, you heal the collective…. P.S.S I am not afraid of a little click bait if it leads to helping/supporting/working with more people… They often come for my looks, but always stay for my heart, character and wisdom. #nosara #costarica #personaltrainer #strengthcoach #puravida Yeaaaaahhhhh Buddddddddyyy by @mason_steele__
Try This Tricky Transition? Lizard 🦎 —> ( a little wider than normal for the step ) Side Crow 🐦‍⬛—> ( only here for a second ) Fallen Angel 👼 —> ( ahhhh, made it ) Chaturanga 🤸🏻‍♀️—> ( okay here comes the jump back ) Up Dog 🐩—> ( nailed it, okay now breathe ) Down Dog 🦦—> ( relax, and repeat other side ) A Common Mistake: Most people naturally drop their outside shoulder in Side Crow… So the transition down into fallen angel feels very natural and accessible, unavoidable. Might as well splay those legs out to the sides and have a good ol time. Stay Playful by @mason_steele__
Pendulum Flow ✨ OUR pendulum will always titrate until we find our center. WE are allowed to change our minds. WE can be committed to one path, realize it’s not meant for us, and do a 180. We can move countries, change professions, let go of false belief patterns, transform our relationships… FAILING doesn’t have to be embarrassing. ADMITTING what you don’t know is wisdom. MAYBE today, we can be a little easier on ourselves, and play in the waves of the DIVINE. Should AcroYoga be called Yoga? (keep reading) I used to not think so. However, the longer ive done Acro, the deeper ive been able to see its truth. There are so many themes / philosophies in Acro that “stem” from yoga / yogic traditions Be present - Surrender - Breathe consciously - Do no harm - Speak your truth / truthfulness - Active Listening / Communication - Be open / stay curious - Find your edge - Discipline / fire - ETC ETC The AcroYoga CALL TO ACTION and how it relates to life: Let’s all show up individually, explore ourselves/do healing work with and in the presence of community, set a goal and actively participate in its fruition, navigate the difficulties, and celebrate the victories. (Almost always with a contagious smile on our face) I love sharing ACRO. I love showing people how CAPABLE they are! I love making adults PLAY. I love bringing people TOGETHER. I love COMMUNITY. Together. We. Rise. Shout out to Whole Human for being a catalyst for connection in Nosara, Costa Rica. — Saturday Adventure Nosara Meetups happening every Saturday! I can add you to the WhatsApp group (DM me) #smile #community #acroyoga #wholehuman #nosara by @mason_steele__
Presencia y no abandono. Gracias @chazand.co por las fotos. Y @mason_steele__ por la asistencia. 📍@bodhitreeyogaresort #masculino #consciente #coach #empoderamiento #valor by @mason_steele__
RESPONDING vs. REACTING & the secret ingredient To conscious CREATION of word… The Pause. Take a Breath IN, let the breath OUT… When you’re in a heated argument, your gut REACTION - usually a defensive comment projected from one of your TRIGGERS - isn’t always the nicest or most productive thing to say. Pause, BREATHE, come back to your center, THEN respond. All of this can happen in 1-5 SECONDS! That’s all it takes to stop hurting yourself and those you love. Taking a longer PAUSE is also helpful! It’s okay to ask for time to PROCESS information before responding. (24 hours) Our 21st century life is trying to tell us that we have to be 100% ON and online 24/7; ready to respond to everyone, this is not sustainable. Set your boundaries. Stay in your center! The more we allow ourselves to experience who we are, the more freely creativity can move through us. When we explore our body, our emotions, our senses, our desires, our fears, our curiosity… we discover new ways of expressing what lives within us. Creativity is not only something we make. It is something we experience first. The deeper we go within, the more there is to bring into the world. What part of yourself are you curious to explore today? . . . #empoweredliving #healing #slowdown #connectionandcreation by @mason_steele__
10+ YEARS as a professional in the Health and Wellness world have taught me so much. I have curated a holistic perspective on how to PROACTIVELY care for one’s health, and return to homeostasis once sick. Sharing these tips and tricks is part of my PASSION. And its MORE than that… It’s sharing PRESENCE with another, Acknowledging the CONSCIOUSNESS in another, CONNECTING and CREATING a life worth living, And CELEBRATING every breath. I’m back in NOSARA and ready to serve this community. (I also work online for those who are not local) #nosara #wellness #holistic by @mason_steele__
You can deny what you think is unacceptable, OR You can accept what you think is undeniable What’s happening in our world right now seems strange, alien, incomprehensible. To make a difference, we must become more aware of our actions, thoughts, beliefs. How will you live? What will you stand for? Power To The People. #wheresthelove #prayersforpeace by @mason_steele__
