May 23, 2026. I accomplished something I never knew I was capable of.

I not only did a 20 week prep and competed in a bodybuilding show; I got first in my division🥇. This sport has taught me so much and I have finally been able to create the person I’ve always wanted to be. The last 20 weeks have had its ups and downs; but wow, I loved every second of it. It completely changed my lifestyle and has given me the opportunity to thrive in every single area of my life.

Coming from a bodybuilding background with my Dad who used to compete, made this a much easier process and I can’t thank him enough for his knowledge and guidance. I can’t thank my mom enough either for always being my #1 supporter when I need her.

I also want to give a big thank you to @jfmurphyiv
Without this guy coaching me I would’ve been lost. He really has an amazing program. I’ve always wanted to get shredded, and I am super particular about my body. This guy completely changed my diet, the way I train, and he made it super easy to adapt to. He really set up my path for success.

I can’t thank my friends and family enough (especially Lili) Without her helping me every step of the way, supporting me, helping me clean up, doing hours on hours of the stair-master, I seriously might have quit on myself midway. She motivated me like no other. When food gets low, cardio gets high, moods start swinging- it can get really hard to be around😂 I can’t thank my people enough. I love you guys yk who you are.

In conclusion, will I keep competing? The answer to that is most definitely. I am going to take some time to be with my loved ones, get back the time that I missed. That’s what truly so important. But, after fun is over, the next lock in begins. The plan is to put on as much muscle as possible. BUT, I definitely made sure with my coach that I’ll never lose my abs again though haha.
