My dear friends and followers. It is the 9th month of full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Our country has shown resistance to the tyranny of russia, our brave defenders are constantly fighting against the offsprings of a disgraceful government calling themselves a russian army. The gruesome acts of this terrorist state will go down in history, the blood of innocent Ukrainians will always be on the wrongdoers’ hands. Every new day of war costs someone’s life. So we cannot sit back and watch russia keep committing its atrocities.

I would like to encourage you to show an act of goodwill and donate to my relatives’ foundation. They are always in need of funds for hospital and military equipment.

Together we bring Ukraine closer to victory. Glory to our defenders, glory to Ukraine 🇺🇦

Наша країна продовжує героїчно чинити опір російській тиранії, наші відважні захисники постійно борються із представниками ганебної влади, що називають себе російською армією. Жахливі дії цієї терористичної держави увійдуть в історію, кров невинних українців завжди буде на руках кривдників. Кожен новий день війни коштує комусь життя. Тому ми не можемо сидіти склавши руки і дивитися, як росія продовжує вчиняти свої звірства.

Я хотіла би закликати вас проявити акт доброї волі та внести свій благодійний внесок у фонд моїх знайомих. Їм постійно потрібні кошти на медичне та військове обладнання.

Living only for this event for months and being rewarded in the end with the best party imaginable! Now I have to find something new to look forward to, but my anniversary will be really hard to surpass 😜

PROLOGUE
[Whatever people say, it is a milestone of some sort. At least for me. I’ve been anxiously waiting for this day, then it came and guess what - nothing’s changed! I am still me, stuck somewhere in my 20s but with a little more life experience. Apparently, it is just a number after all. 🤷🏻‍♀️]

Life of a foreigner in Germany can be nightmarish in times, I’ve been through my ups and downs, and it’s always been people who helped me get through the toughest challenges. My good old friends and new ones I made here. I owe you for my sanity 🙏🏻
I am surrounded by amazing people indeed, and if only I could say “this is all I could ever wish for”. But I want so much more! I wish the goddamn war to finally end. I wish my friends from Ukraine could come and share the celebration with me without having to waste days on the road. I wish our terrorist neighbor would just disappear. I wish our families not to be torn apart. I wish people co-existed in peace. I wish there were some guidelines on how to live a joyful life without hurting anybody and not let yourself be hurt. I wish justice would always prevail. I wish life was just easier.
But if that seems like too much to ask for, I just want to be happy by myself and with myself. ✨
