Training hard means recovering too. Appreciate @massagesbykay for helping keep my body feeling good and ready for the next session. Recovery days matter. #MuayThai #Recovery #SportsMassage #FightLife by @massagesbykay
WINTER IS BACK! ❄️ Don’t let winter flus get you down. Rest up, eat right & exercise! Walking for 10 minutes a day can reduce your blood pressure & even anxiety! Everything in the body relates to one another. Your body will tell you what it needs, we just have to listen 💫 Let me help you take extra care of your body! Aside from being cold & feeling stiff in the mornings, I’m sure you’re noticing you’re slouching right now. Let’s work on that posture, relax those jaw muscles & work on the rest❕❕ #massagetherapist #travelingmassage #dm #open by @massagesbykay
Hey y’all! Do you like tea? I love tea! 💕 There are so many benefits from green tea to echinacea tea. My personal favorite is chamomile tea. Sometimes if I’m feeling a little wild I’ll have some chamomile lavender! 😋 I usually stick with Celestial brand or the Traditional Medicine one is good too. ✨Chamomile tea alone helps reduce stress, anxiety, natural sleep aid, relieves digestion issues, even reduces risk of thyroid & breast cancers! 🤯 It’s amazing what comes natural & our body’s know what is good & what is bad for them. With the holidays coming up I hope you’re all staying safe, warm & finding time to relax! ❕❕REMEMBER ❕❕ I’m here to help you with that! DM me for winter specials! #massages #sandiego #oceanside #travelingmassagetherapist by @massagesbykay

The warmth has F I N A L L Y arrived 🤩 I’m definitely a Spring baby! Seasonal depression is such a TRUE thing. I advise you all to get out and get some vitaminD & soak up some of the Earths natural energy that has to offer 🌞🍃 Walking around and breathing in some fresh air is great for circulation and ~ ding ding ding ~ creating some clarity for yourself! We’re all so hard on ourselves and even on others to be this “perfect human being” when all we need is to be constantly moving forward— accepting the world for what it is and it’s offerings. 🤍 I’m learning and reminding myself everyday to be better than the day before. I hope you’ve all been staying healthy & masked up! If you’re in need of a massage P L E A S E contact me directly! My contact info is in my bio 🤍 I’m still getting used to checking in on messages on this page 🤦🏽‍♀️ #selfcare #holistichealth #clarity #headspace #lake #massagetherapy #massagtherapist #manifestpositivity #learning #seasonal #spring #aries by @massagesbykay
What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned that you would tell to others? I’ll go first— Your body is aligned with the universe and all of its energies. There is life in everything. N O B A D D A Y S ✨ Treating yourself just might be getting that coffee you’ve been denying yourself all week! THATS OKAY! Don’t deny yourself, a massage is needed too ✨ DM to Book Now! ✨ #massage #massagetherapy #sandiego #sdmassage #socal #norcal #bayarea by @massagesbykay
The colder days are here my friends! • • Our bodies tend to know when the colder weather is coming. Are you achey? Exceptionally tired? “Going out” has turned into “staying in”? Motivation is a word we know but often can’t find when our bodies are sore, tired and needing some TLC. Massages help increase the blood flow to warm up those bodies, joints and brain juices! Who is going to deny that feeling more relaxed during these chilly times isn’t better for you AND the family? I think NO ONE! Set up your appointment before November 30th and receive ALL my winter specials!
