Self care massage tutorial! 💆‍♀️
Self care is soooo important to relieve stress and the face holds more tension then youd imagine. Blinking 15,000 to 20,000 times a day and making over 100 expressions the 42 facial muscles are put to work!

Here are some steps

1 Face presses! gentle press down with body weight a little bit of a lean in directly on forehead and do them down the head

2 Nasal swoosh down the face! Start towards the nose and swipe down cheeks. Feels great if you have sinus pressure here. Or book me for a Lymphatic drainage massage to releive some pressure here 😝

3 Massater massage! Start at jaw find massater muscle by opening and closing mouth you'll fell it move. Gently press sides and do small slow circles

4 Temples! Easiest one. Find temples use flat hands and do small slow circles!! 🐌 SLOW! think clockwise motion.

Hopefully this helps you relief some facial tension! You can do yourself or have a partner help. Or book me for a more in depth facial massage.

Practicing my teaching skills today as I have a passion to educate others on how to live their best life! ❤️ by @massagewithkellie

Today we are talking about tightness in the neck as well as showing a piece of my neck routine. Neck stretches help the neck loosen and gives me a baseline of where your range of motion it at. I target traps and trap tension to releive tension there as well as shoulders. I also work on the occipitals located at the base of your skull. Much pain is held at the occipitals as you carry the weight of the world there. Now with phone usage its been proven that most of the populations neck is experiencing "tech neck" increasing pain as the neck is not meant to be angled down all day. Come get some relief today! Book me for a 60 min mobile massage for $100 and Ill get you feeling right. by @massagewithkellie

Massage is for everyone!
Massage can truly be tailored to every need.
I worked on this client for quite some time as he worked with a PT and his running coach. I did pre events for him the day of his races and post event as well. Seeing the first hand change in his level of comfortability with me as well as him excelling in his sport is something I was so proud of. I pride myself in trying to make everyone comfortable. Everyone's goals are unique and I tailor the appointment to them.

Today we are talking about FACE MASSAGE! My favorite part of the massage! Something a lot of therapists dont incorporate, as well as scalp. I always take the time to do both and even those who dont love face and scalp say they like it after experincing my face and scalp treatment. (Client always has the right to skip that part if they wish still)

Here is a short video on my massage. The video was 5 mins bc I really take my time but I cut it down.

✨️ Face massage is amazing for depuff, debloating the face and great for relief of TMJ pain and sinus pain. Especially during allergy season. Remember I know Lymphatic Drainage as well so sometimes will throw that in at the end of the session with client's consent! ✨️

Book me today I have limited spots for massages this week!

Cold Stone face is one of my favorite enhancements and reducesess puffiness, relieves sinus pressure, reduces pain from TMJ and is overall a relaxing experience! ✨️ ❤️ by @massagewithkellie

Move while you cup! 🙌🏽

Cupping becomes even more effective when paired with gentle shoulder movement. As you move your arm while the cups are in place, the tissues glide beneath the skin, helping to:

✨ Improve shoulder mobility & range of motion
✨ Decrease muscle tension in the rotator cuff, traps & shoulder blade muscles
✨ Reduce fascial restrictions
✨ Promote healthy circulation & tissue hydration
✨ Encourage better scapular movement and posture
✨ Help retrain pain-free movement patterns

Instead of simply compressing tight muscles, cupping gently decompresses the tissues—creating space for improved movement and function.

Whether you’re dealing with shoulder tightness, postural strain, or simply want to move better, dynamic cupping can be a great addition to your treatment plan.

💆‍♀️ Move better. Feel better. Heal smarter.
