: This Thursday, Aret Sahakyan welcomes Massimiliano Delle Vedove of Smoked Room Madrid, Spain, to the beautiful Maçakızı Hotel in Bodrum, Turkey, for a heartwarming four-hands dinner at Ayla Privé.

The evening marks the launch of the second volume of ‘Meet the Chefs”, following a first meeting between chefs Aret Sahakyan and Akrame Benallal on July 9.

Continuing the series’ exploration of the people, philosophies, and stories shaping contemporary gastronomy, this new chapter is dedicated to Massimiliano Delle Vedove, offering a closer look at the vision, technique, and creative approach behind his cuisine.

Italian-born Delle Vedove brings the fire-driven philosophy of Smoked Room Madrid, where his disciplined and refined approach helped the restaurant earn two Michelin stars just six months after opening. His cuisine explores bold textures, smoke, and the richness of Andalusian heritage.

Aret Sahakyan of one Michelin-starred Maçakizi complements this vision with his elegant interpretation of Turkish coastal cuisine, celebrating the finest local ingredients with precision and elegance. Together, they will create a one-night-only menu that celebrates friendship, craftsmanship, and the shared language of Mediterranean gastronomy.

An evening where fire, seasonality, and the flavours of the Mediterranean come together at one table.

Maçakizi looks forward to welcoming smiley faces and happy bellies to Ayla Privé for this special evening.

Siempre he pensado que la vida me ha hecho un regalo enorme permitiéndome dedicarme a lo que me apasiona.
Hace ya unos años, además, me ha regalado la posibilidad de descubrir el mundo gracias a ello.

Pero lo más bonito nunca ha sido solo eso, sino con quién lo compartes. Gracias a todos los que hacen esto posible, a @ritualatmanresa por hacernos sentir como en casa y a todo el equipo por estar siempre ahí.

Y en este viaje, una mención especial para Matti. Volver a coincidir en una cocina contigo ha sido uno de los grandes regalos de este viaje.
