Andy Elliott strikes again 😂

Looks like Real Estate Agents still have some work to do!

Thank you very little, @officialandyelliott 🫡

For the record, Guy Fontaine will always be > than Andy and Grant. @matt.lionetti by @massiveagent

🛑 Buyers agents should NEVER give showing feedback! 😱

Not unless you want a a lawsuit from your buyers.

Here’s the deal…

There are numerous examples of Realtors getting sued by their buyers for giving the sellers feedback after a showing.

🤯 This story, as originally told by @shannon_gillette on IG, is BONKERS.

❓Do you still think buyers agents should give listing feedback? LMK 👇🏼 by @massiveagent

Looking for some simple hacks to help you sell more homes and be more successful as a real estate agent?

Well, none of these are gonna do that for you 🤣

Not directly anyways.

Look, I’m a huge fan of many of these. I do many of them daily. Especially the ayahuasca 🤣

But let’s not kid ourselves that they will do anything to help you sell more homes.

Healthier and feel great, sure. But dammit, stop avoiding the real work that WILL bring you new clients by @massiveagent

Not knowing how to do something is never a valid excuse to not do it.

No shit you don’t know. You’ve never done it. So you need to do it, repeatedly, to learn how 🤷🏻‍♂️

Did you know how to drive before you learned to drive?

Did you already know how to play golf before you took your first swing?

🇨🇦 New Brunswick’s REAL launch party and first @furthertogetherevent is in the books!

The energy, buzz and momentum in New Brunswick is next level right now.

Real launched in NB only around 4 months ago, and theyve already built an impressive group of bad ass, productive agents.

The collaboration and community there already feels like it’s been open for years.

I’m super proud of what they’re doing, and am extremely honored to be partnered with them all 🫡

Special thanks to these all stars for organizing and hosting this event:
@martyrealty
@jacquesleblanc.realtor
@rachel.monctonrealtor
@cheldale_realtor
@rena.realestate
@the.real.alexandradaigle

Damn me if I forgot someone! 🫠

I can’t wait to come back to Moncton again soon! ✈️

That’s a wrap in New Brunswick 🇨🇦

Today in Moncton felt like the beginning of something BIG for the province.

I was honored and excited to speak at their first ever @furthertogetherevent.

A sold out, standing room only event was full of awesome, collaborative agents hungry to grow and improve.

Thanks for having me out, New Brunswick. Can’t wait to come back 👊🏼
