⚾️🏀Former D1 & NBA Athletic Trainer
💪🏻I help busy individuals permanently transform their health without becoming overwhelmed in the process

POSTS STORIES REELS

Hi my name is Mario, but you can call me Mass, & I’d like to invite you to join the movement…

I’m a former NBA athletic trainer for the Philadelphia 76ers, now certified strength & conditioning coach, & most importantly a guide to those looking to transform their health.

Let me ask you this: have you ever felt
out of shape? overwhelmed with life? Not knowing where to start? Physically in pain? low confidence? discouraged & frustrated? Maybe all of the above!? (It’s okay I’ve been there)

Well if you have, I can relate…and keep reading.

I love sports. I love people. And I am well too acquainted with injury. This led me to athletic training, so I could learn about the body, how it heals, & how to treat & rehab different orthopedic injuries. But in my time with the 76ers I learned other important health lessons.

While there, I found myself taking care of others, but not myself. I got out of routine, had no balance, life seemed to never stop, & I didn’t take time to train my own body or fuel it. The less I moved the more I noticed the return of aches & pains from my old injuries. By the time I was done my last season, I was so out of shape.

But at the end of the day I made a health comeback & came out stronger - physically, emotionally, and mentally - because through my mistakes I learned:
-the importance of slowing down
-strength covers a multitude of sins
-not everything needs to be changed all at once
-you can’t take care of others well if you aren’t taking care of yourself

It didn’t happen all at once. It was a journey of taking one step at a time & staying consistent.

That’s what Mass Movement is…it’s creating massive change through consistently implementing small, manageable, sustainable actions…that become habits and eventually a lifestyle.

So now, I use my background and experience to help busy people permanently transform their health without becoming overwhelmed in the process (all online!)

So if any of the above describes you (or you are just into health, fitness, & athletics) I hope my page adds value to your journey through inspiration & knowledge. So follow me and schedule a free connection call with me for any advice. Link in comment⤵️ by @massmovement21

For most of my career, my job has revolved around the body.

Helping someone recover from an injury. Get stronger. Move better. Perform at a higher level.

And I still love that work.

But the longer I’ve worked with people, the more interested I’ve become in everything that happens outside the gym.

Sleep. Nutrition. Stress. Relationships. Mental and emotional wellbeing. The routines we fall into. The choices we make every day without even thinking about them.

Because you can have the perfect workout program…

and still not feel healthy.

That’s a big part of where Healthy Habits for Life came from.

I wanted to create something that zoomed out and looked at the whole person—not just exercise.

For eight weeks, we’re going to do exactly that.

What if you didn’t wait until January?

There are still almost three months left in the year.

You don’t need to use them to completely transform your life.

But you could use them to start.

Start moving more consistently.
Start paying attention to your sleep.
Start improving your relationship with food.
Start managing stress differently.
Start building routines that actually fit your life.

That’s what Healthy Habits for Life is about.

Not perfection. Not an 8-week transformation challenge. Not trying to change everything at once.

It’s about understanding your health, identifying what matters to you, and learning how to make realistic changes you can actually sustain.

We start Tuesday, October 13. 🌱

💻 8 weeks • Live online
💰 $199

You probably already know a lot of the things you “should” be doing to take better care of yourself.

Move more. Eat well. Get enough sleep. Manage stress. Make time for yourself.

But knowing isn’t usually the hardest part.

It’s doing it consistently when life gets busy.

Maybe you’ve started routines that lasted a few weeks.

Maybe you keep telling yourself, “I’ll get back on track Monday.”

Maybe you’re doing well in one area of your health while others keep getting pushed aside.

Or maybe trying to improve everything at once just feels overwhelming.

That’s who I created Healthy Habits for.

Over 8 weeks, we’ll explore exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress, mental & emotional wellbeing, social connection, and the habits underneath all of it.

But this isn’t about completely overhauling your life.

It’s about figuring out what matters to you, what’s getting in the way, and what realistic changes you can actually sustain.

You don’t have to wait until January.

You just need a place to start. 🌱

Healthy Habits for Life begins Tuesday, October 13.

💻 8 weeks • Live on Zoom (& sessions recorded for you if you miss)
🗓 Tuesdays • 7–8 PM ET
💰 $199

This is exactly what I hoped Community Fitness would become. 🙌

A place to get a great workout — but also to get outside, meet people, compete a little, laugh a lot, and actually look forward to exercising.

You don’t have to be an athlete. You don’t have to be in amazing shape. And you definitely don’t have to know anyone before you show up.

Just come ready to move and have some fun.
🍂 Fall Community Fitness is underway, but there’s still time to join us!

I’ve been working on something new. 🌱

Over the years, I’ve realized that for most of us, knowing what we should do to be healthier isn’t necessarily the hard part.

The hard part is actually doing it consistently — especially when work, family, stress, and life get in the way.

That’s why I created Healthy Habits for Life.
It’s an 8-week virtual health & wellness program designed to help you take what you already know — and turn it into habits that actually fit your life.

We’ll talk about exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress, mental health, social wellness, and most importantly, how to create meaningful changes that can last beyond these 8 weeks.

No extreme overhauls. No trying to become a completely different person overnight.

Just learning, taking action, and getting a little better one step at a time.

Healthy Habits for Life is coming soon.
If this sounds like something you’ve been looking for, send me a message or check out the link in my bio to learn more. 🌱

What a summer. 🙌
When I started Community Fitness, the goal was simple: create a place where people could come together, move, challenge themselves, have some fun, and feel like they belonged.

This crew helped bring that idea to life.

Seven weeks of workouts, games, competition, laughs, and a whole lot of memories. I couldn’t have asked for a better group to be the founding crew of Community Fitness.

And now we’re doing it again. 🍂

Fall Community Fitness starts tomorrow, September 16!
📍 Delco Christian
🗓 Wednesdays at 6:30PM
💪 7 weeks
💰 $150
🙌 All fitness levels welcome

What Wednesdays have looked like lately. 🙌

A little training.
A little competition.
A lot of laughs.

Community Fitness was never meant to just be another workout. The goal was to create a place where people could move, challenge themselves, have fun, and actually look forward to showing up each week.

And that’s exactly what this summer has started to become.

We’ve still got a couple Wednesdays left — but we’re just getting started.

Fall Community Fitness begins September 16. 🍂

More details + registration coming soon.

Move. Play. Connect. Belong.

Week 2 ✅

Most people don’t need another workout.

They need a place where showing up feels easier.

A place where they’re encouraged, challenged, and reminded that getting healthier doesn’t have to be done alone.

That’s what we’re building every Wednesday night.

One workout.
One conversation.
One new friendship.
One step forward.

We’re only two weeks in, and we’re just getting started.

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, we’d love to have you for our fall session. Stay tuned and reach out with any questions.

Last night was special.

Thanks to everyone who came out and made the first Community Fitness workout such a fun night.

Months ago this was just an idea.

Now it’s real.

This is exactly what I hoped it would become—a place to get stronger, move better, and meet great people. Seeing people challenge themselves, encourage one another, laugh together, and leave feeling better than when they arrived reminded me exactly why I started Community Fitness.

This is about so much more than exercise.

It’s about building a healthier community—one workout at a time.

We’re just getting started.

We go again next week. There’s still room if you’d like to join us. If you’d like to join us next week, send me a DM or go online to register. Link in bio.

Let’s keep the movement growing. 💪
