I had the amazing opportunity to do a TEDx talk titled- Go Spaghetti: Overcoming Anxiety. I spoke about my struggle with anxiety and tools that helped me overcome it. It was really challenging for me to be this real and open, but felt I could help many with my talk so I knew I had to push through and just do it! It was a really rewarding experience and at the end of it I got a standing ovation - which I am so grateful for! I have already gotten many people telling me my talk helped them and they will use the tools I discuss as well as read the books I suggest- which makes all this worth it! The author of one of books I talk about has already reached out to me! All this in just 2 days after my talk! It’s amazing how pushing out of our comfort zone can open so many more doors for us!
