LMAC Pride 🦁 @mastercj6 here. I’d like to speak on something that is a very joyous occasion, and at the same time, a very sad day; Sir Aidan McMullen and Sir Jack Cohen, categorized as:

🥋🥋 The Ultimate Dynamic Duo
👏🏼🤩 All Students’ Biggest Supporters
💪🏼🔥 Two of the Most Hard Working Students I’ve Ever Had The Pleasure of Teaching

But most importantly:

❤️❤️ Two of the strongest heartbeats that makes #LegacyMartialArtsCenter what it is…

Are beginning their first semester of college! 🏡🎓

💯 Sir Aidan was selected to join Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ

💯 Sir Jack was selected to join the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI

And from the bottom of my heart: I couldn’t be more proud of them 🥳

Proud to see how they transformed from being small, shy, timid boys into Strong, Powerful, Inspiring Men 💪🏼

Proud to see them have the confidence to move away and take on this next chapter, with all of the opportunities that I know are coming their way 🎉

Proud to have been part of their incredible Martial Arts journey for as long as I did (over 12 years, and counting!)‼️

@masterchris1996 did an amazing job kickstarting their journey from White Belts, which I then was able to take over and see them earn their 4th Degree Black Belts 🤯

I want to thank the McMullen Family as well as the Cohen family for entrusting me with their training, mentorship and friendship, which has been my absolute pleasure for all of these years 🙇🏻‍♂️

Without Sir Aidan & Sir Jack, many of the opportunities that I was able to achieve in my own life and career would have never come true, and for that, I’ll be forever grateful 🙏🏼

If you’ve made it this far, I know you care for them just as I do. Please join me in wishing them the best of luck in this next chapter of their lives 🙌🏼

Every time I write this, I know that this is true, because of these two individuals: “Your legacy begins here: empowerment for life!”

🙇🏻‍♂️ I had the privilege to be a guest judge at @umac_nation’s High Dan Test today! Seven incredible Martial Artists displaying their life’s work on the floor as they tested for 6th & 7th Degree Black Belts! 🏆🥋🥋🥋🥋🥋🥋🥋🏆

I met some of the candidates today for the first time, while others I feel like I’ve known for a lifetime, and I am blessed to have them in my life as a source of inspiration and motivation 🙌🏼

This journey that I fell in love with at 3 years old has brought me to amazing places and given me the opportunity to meet even more amazing people.

I want to thank Grand Master @chrisberlow for creating something truly special with UMAC and allowing me to join in on the fun! 💯

Special shoutout to Grand Master Edwards, Master Berlow, Master Sessa for really lighting up the floor today! 🤜🏼🫷🏼

Phenomenal 1st Day of #TKDPRO2026, especially because I got to bring my boys Sir Aidan McMullen & Sir Jack Cohen! 🥋🥋🥋

It’s always the greatest joy to connect (in person) with all of my friends and colleagues, but this year is extra special because my Instructors, once small youth students, get to network and meet all of these industry titans who are responsible for making an impact on the #Taekwondo World in a big way 🙇🏻‍♂️

This year’s International #Taekwondo Day 🇰🇷 hits different as I’m approaching the One Year Anniversary of owning my own Dojang (school). @lmacpride’s One Year Anniversary will be on November 4th!🥋
