About a year since starting salsa and wanted to make a quick summary of the progress with a lot of unposted clips.

I tried making this video in the most honest representation of how it's all been by showing the fun parts, the funny parts, and the parts that ache my soul each time I had to rewatch as I was making this vid. While there's still things to work on, there's plenty of progress to appreciate.

Also, salsa was a random interest that I've had and decided to just finally try it. It was outside the comfort zone and also outside the usual things I did lol. But it's been a lot of fun and I kept working at it for a year, and now there's progress to be seen. So if you've got a random hobby idea, try it out.

AND thank you to the people that recorded these, I would have not been able to make this without these clips. (Shout out Ricardo for a lot of the social dancing clips)

Alright, enjoy by @masterdumont

Fun experience getting to run a Double and Solo Hyrox. Proud of the baseline that @breadwinnerkuka and I could establish. And I definitely know what I can and can't do next time (ideally less than 23 wall ball no reps 😁) before we run it back for another one. by @masterdumont
