Ocean Therapy

I am fortunate to live next to the ocean.

I invest a lot of time here.

Refresh my Energy, Improve my emotional and mental health...

Ocean has been discovered to dramatically reduce stress and ease our hearts and minds...

During my darkest times, I have been able to come here, clear my mind, reset and continue my life Journey.

P.s. if you aren't close to the ocean, just find a river, pond, or creek. Theres always a blessing waiting for us next to living waters

Whether you choose to believe in a god or not. If your focused on your yoga, chakras, nervous system, and the unified field then your ahead of the game as a higher conscious human being. Being a religious devotee didn’t give me the freedom and love that I feel now within myself and for humanity. Religion taught me to be judgmental and hateful, I don’t care how many times someone wants to say the bibles tell us not to judge…. The bibles give you a standard to follow and claims who will enter heaven… so you end up believing or judging everyone outside of its standard as unworthy for heaven. There’s obvious evil in the world such as murder, hatred, and greed but there’s plenty of so called idolaters who live a blessed, peaceful and loving life who do not submit their hearts to the bibles anymore. You are not an idolater because you choose freedom and authenticity. You are not wicked for choosing to love unconditionally and accept humans in their higher form as they desire. If this resonates with you help me spread my message by a comment below 👇 “Resonates” and DM me to join the Global movement “Mastering Your Healing” #healing #spirituality #spiritual #relationships #relatable #religion #unconditionallove❤️ by @masteringyourhealing

After exploring religious traditions, wandering who the real chosen ones were, debating over who knew God, and fearing for my life on whether I am going to heaven or hell 🪄 I decided to let go of my ego and choose to be one with humanity. If God did exist, I am sure God wouldn’t want us divided and arguing over who has the truth or who is chosen. It is sort of like a bunch of kids fighting over who is the favorite child. Comment below “I am human” if you decided to drop the labels and be fully human united! by @masteringyourhealing

This has been the month for
“Loving My Nervous System”

I have enjoyed calming and relaxing my nervous system. I have enjoyed being mindful of my subconscious patterns, listening to every thought and recognizing every feeling in my body. I have watched myself loosen and free itself from old patterns, old triggers, karmic cycles, and toxic habits. Purifying my mind, body and spirit has really changed my view of reality, relationships, boundaries, priorities, confidence, compassion and peace. by @masteringyourhealing

This is all I’m focused on my entire life #God #knowthyself #selfmastery #priorities by @masteringyourhealing

Comment “Community” if you would love to join a very powerful heart centered community that’s growing magically, supernaturally, deep love activations! How many times have you heard someone say you need to eat? Why are you starving yourself? That’s not healthy? Choosing to eat less (Low Caloric Diets) extends longevity. Choosing to not eat at all (Fasting) heals the body. Of course unhealthy people don’t know this. #godfirst #godplan #supernatural #supernaturalfamily #superhuman by @masteringyourhealing

The key is feeling! It’s not enough to just say affirmations. You must sit with yourself, until you feel your affirmation true and real in your body. This is when you know you’re influencing your energy field effectively.
