What a day… 🇧🇸🇧🇸🇧🇸

Biggest shoutout to @jacksonlifts_28 for helping me put together 10 weeks of the best training I’ve ever done, and to everyone at Very Good Gym who has given me a ride or just said what’s up.

3rd attempts shown:
Squat: 255kg (562.18lbs)
Bench: 167.5kg (369.27lbs)
Deadlift: 282.5kg (622.81lbs) all time PR
Body weight: 106.3kg 234lbs
Dots score: 423.6

Opening squat was a bit shaky so we decided to stay on the safe side and leave kilos in the tank. Felt like I could’ve squatted 262.5kg (578lbs) or more. But we take the W regardless.

Bench was the perfect selection for the day, and deadlifts speak for themselves. So many people I love showed up to support me and that 3rd deadlift was all I could ask for, smoothest pull to date for me with again, a few kilos left in the tank. + immediate drug testing after. Huge thanks to all the spotters and meet directors what a great meet.

A big brother doesn’t fail when his siblings are watching. 🫡

8/9 successful lifts and 24/27 white lights (⚪️⚪️⚪️)

College Nationals total secured. CNATS 2027? 🙏

What an end to my freshman year of Powerlifting, who knows what Sophmore year holds.
