Reflection on my You v. You story (Story bio)

I created this story for me when times were rough times, betrayals and when I was facing my own demons. I also created this story for others that has been in the same situations & that was not under their control but wondered why it happened to them.

You vs You is wake up call for yourself when something didn’t go your way but your true enemy try’s to bring you down and take you out of your misery. Everyone has felt this way before and it’s not the best feeling. We’ve had an opportunity that has been taking from us, we’ve had friends who show their true colors, we’ve had relationships that didn’t work out, we’ve had trust issues and been in places where it could lead us in a dark path. I’m here to tell you right now that it is okay and that you are not alone.

Sometimes we forget who we are and why we are here. It’s a good thing to step away from others, even something that we love just to remind ourselves why do we do it. God has died for our sins and filled it up with his spirit and granted us gifts. I want to remind you that I am not perfect, I am not untouchable and I am not immortal— I am only human!

And so are you. Just like me you have goals, you have achievements to fulfill, you have obstacles that you can overcome and the only person that can stop you from being successful is yourself. Do not let the devil manipulate your mind into holding yourself back on what you can and will accomplish. Just like me you can do it. I’m so grateful to be alive and well to point where I got so many goals & achievements to conquer in the new year. Remember that you don’t have to fight your battles alone, you have allies around that loves you for you and will lift you up to help you succeed. Lastly the ones that have done you wrong, forgive yourself first and then forgive them for those who do not know what was needed in their lives. People don’t realize what they’ve got until they have already lost it! You will rise up and continue to work hard for what you love no matter what situations you get into, keep fighting and God will bless you along the way! 🙏🏾
