Call for Applications — Artist Mothers ResidencyThis residency invites artist mothers who are interested in exploring movement research with their children. Together, we will ask: how can we cultivate deeper listening and build a more harmonious partnership with our children, while strengthening the bond we share with them?Artist mothers should not have to choose between motherhood and their artistic path. Aujourd'hui, 10 juillet, est un jour unique. Il y a 1 an, mon corps a produit un miracle. Mon corps est allé au delà des limites imaginables pour permettre à une petite âme de voir le jour. Cette petite âme en question a fait naître quelque chose au même moment, une mère. En cette journée d'anniversaire, je célèbre sa première année de vie, mais je célèbre aussi mon passage de jeune femme, à jeune mère. Performance au Carrefour jeunesse-emploi Montréal (Centre-ville). Petite collaboration créative bien appréciée avec @koko_liifo Extrait de notre performance sur ce que c'est, d'être un artiste:《 [...]Beaucoup d’accomplissements viennent naturellement avec le métier. Le premier est simple; nous vivons tous les jours de notre passion. Cette dernière sert de véhicule pour partager notre monde intérieur ce qui nous apprend à être vulnérable. Grâce à cet acquis, nous touchons les gens de manière invisible et unique avec notre art. Nous sommes plus conscients de nos émotions, et pouvons donc entrer en contact avec les gens en forgeant des connexions profondes. Dans un métier artistique on explore différentes manières de rejoindre les autres, ce qui nourrit notre créativité et notre ouverture d’esprit. C’est d’ailleurs un processus très valorisant.Nous endossons un rôle de porte-parole, et en échange, nous nous faisons accorder une écoute intime et intentionnelle.Comme vous, maintenant.
