Hoshinoen Hoshikaze Gyokuro Tea Picked up a new gyokuro tea from @satohkamu. Taste wise, it was reminiscent of sweet corn 🌽. The second brew had a stronger sweet taste than umami. β€”β€”β€” #homecafe #tea #tealife #tealovers #gyokurotea #hoshino #greentea #kuromi #teabrewing #teareview #teatime by @matchadiary.ca

⋆. π™šΛšΰΏ” new matcha review πœ—πœšΛšβ‹† Grateful to @matcha.la.vie for sending me their nagomi and hikari matcha powders to tryπŸ’š. Here are my honest thoughts: ΛšΛ–π“’Φ΄ΰ»‹β€ hikari is from Kagoshima and it’s a light-bodied matcha with a sweet, floral, and fruity profile. I noted a slight astringency as an usucha. Overall, I found this matcha more on the refreshing side. ⋆. π™š ˚nagomi is a medium-bodied matcha originating from Yame. It has a roasted and nutty profile with little to no astringency. I found this matcha was very smooth to drink and provided a cozy vibe with its roasted and nutty notes. Which one would you try? β€”β€”β€” #matcha #homecafe #matchatime #抹茢 #matchagram #matchalover #matchaholic #matchatea #matchapowder #matchareview #newmatcha #yamematcha #kagoshimamatcha by @matchadiary.ca

Ube matcha latte with ube foam My friend gifted me some ube halaya so I had to make an ube matcha with it πŸ’œ. The bubble cup wasn’t the best choice for this drink since it made it harder to mix in the ube. 🍡: Nio Yame Okumidori Miyako βŠΉβ‚ŠΛšβ€§ use my code DIARY15 for a small discount (link in bio) β€§Λšβ‚ŠβŠΉ β€”β€”β€” #matcha #homecafe #matchatime #抹茢 #matchagram #matchalover #matchaholic #matchatea #matchalatte #ubematcha #ubematchalatte #ubehalaya #yamematcha by @matchadiary.ca
