Our matcha comes from Fukuoka, Japan 🇯🇵
one of the most renowned regions for premium green tea 🍃

It is JAS certified organic, meaning it is produced under strict Japanese standards to ensure purity, sustainability and high quality ✨

We use ceremonial grade matcha, made from the youngest and most tender tea leaves 🌱
This gives it a smooth texture, a vibrant green color and a naturally sweet umami taste with no bitterness 🍵

What makes it special is the process
The plants are shaded before harvest, the leaves are carefully picked and then stone ground into a fine powder
So you consume the whole leaf and get all its nutrients 💚

We import our matcha directly from Japan and package it in Switzerland 🇨🇭
From there it goes straight to you or to cafés that serve our matcha every day 🫶🏼

RECIPE:

Dragonfruit Matcha
- 3g whisked, frothy matchahouse matcha
-2 tbsp dragonfruit puree (or powder mixed with water)
-1 cup coconut milk
-1 tsp honey (optional)
-Ice
- Blend dragonfruit with ice and milk until thick texture forms
- Layer and enjoy!

Pineapple Matcha
• prepare frothy matcha
• add fresh pineapple juice/ frozen pineapple chunks
• coconut water or coconut milk
• Ice
• Squeeze of lime
• Fill glass with ice, add blended pineapple juice and coconut water/milk, pour whisked matcha on top, stir gently before drinking by @matchahouse.ch
