🌽 Corn Matcha 🍵
@letsgograbmatcha

The corn milk base was subtle with a nostalgic flavour that reminded me of freshly made soy milk. Paired with the salted cheese foam on top, it had such a nice savoury balance without either flavours overpowering the matcha 😋 The matcha itself was freshly whisked for each cup which I really appreciated. It was deliciously green and strong but still smooth and well balanced with the corn milk 💖 The corn candy on top was such a cute finishing touch.

Hi! I’m Ally 😁 A matcha lover in Sydney on a hunt for my perfect green. Join me on my adventure across different cafes and pop-ups!

Drop your favourite spots in the comments 🤩

My green preference = Smooth, creamy, slightly bitter and strong. The kind that goes down easy because I’m a certified drink chugger 🙋🏻‍♀️

🍯 Honey Cream Matcha 💚 with oat milk

The honey cream was fragrant with a lovely natural sweetness that paired really well with the matcha. An easy to drink matcha with just the right strength for a pick me up during work or uni days! I would recommend half mixing in of the honey cream for a nice balance of sweetness and matcha flavour 😋

💛 Banoffee Pie 🍂

Creamy banana with noticeable caramel notes and a nice level of sweetness without being too sweet 👍 The fluffy cream and buttery crust helped cut through the rich caramel toffee, making each bite well balanced and wanting more!

🌼 Jasmine Matcha BLOOM @ttotalertea
📍 @thegaleries

Already love their original Pure Jasmine Matcha, but this one with the infused Earl Grey notes somehow outdid the original!

Both the Jasmine and Earl Grey tea were fragrant and refreshing. The decadent matcha cream on top was thick and creamy, making this the ultimate layered drink 🤩

Definitely best enjoyed sipping straight through the lid, but you can also swirl it around to mix the matcha cream in and customise the consistency. A really nice balance of sweetness and bitterness when mixed in. And the cutest little flowers drawn on top 🥹💐Yum!

🌾 Rice Matcha 🍵 (rice foam + matcha + rice milk)

This reminded me of genmaicha with the subtle rice and green notes but without the roasted warmth. An enjoyable matcha as always though the rice milk leaned more forward as expected 🤩 I loved the crunchy rice pieces on top which added such a fun texture to the drink. Felt nostalic as it reminded me of soy milk with rice krispies cereal 💖

💐The cutest collab duo 🍵

Floral arrangement by @florralune
Matcha by @madomatcha.brew
(yuzu honey cream + creme brûlée pop + matcha latte)

The collab exclusive drink paired with the sweetest floral arrangement was a must order. Such a cute and special combination!

The matcha had the good strength + smooth and refreshing making it perfect for the sunny weather. I loved the yuzu honey cream mixed halfway through for an added touch of zest, sweetness and extra creaminess to the drink ✨ The frozen crème brûlée dessert popsicle! Letting it melt just a little was the best way to enjoy it. The perfect vanilla dessert topped with that delicious caramelised sugar finish 😋

Loved the Build Your Own Matcha workshop at Notion Market 🍵 @kaizentea

💚(left) matcha cloud + yuzu oolong tea base + freshly whisked matcha + honeycomb dust

🩵(right) pandan cloud + gardenia tea base + freshly whisked matcha + honeycomb dust

I really enjoyed being a matcha-rista from whisking the matcha and customising my own drink. The drinks were delicious with nice matcha strength and well paired flavours. Would definitely recommend it for a fun matcha experience! 🫶🏻

🍃Melrose Special (Jasmine Matcha Latte)

The jasmine tea steeped milk gives the floral fragrant aroma while the freshly whisked matcha adds a nice green taste 😋 As expected when mixed, the drink is leans more floral yet still smooth, light and refreshing. Love to see pop ups having their own matcha store 🤩

✅ Upgraded matcha powder!

🍓🌹Berry Matcha 🍵
(Strawberry Cold Foam + Matcha + Rose Petals)

A repeat purchase of the Berry Matcha, this time with their new Kizuna matcha powder 🫶🏻 The strawberry cold foam adds the perfect creaminess and sweetness while the Kizuna matcha is nuttier, stronger and more tea forward. Loved the vibrant green colour with almost no bitterness and a really smooth finish 🤩 I loved how the berry cloud slowly melted into each sip with everything balancing really well ⛅️

🍯🌼 Honey Osmanthus Matcha 🍵
@7percentcoffee

The smooth and refreshing matcha with a vibrant green colour even after mixing ⭐️ The honey added a natural sweetness while the osmanthus flower pieces gave it a lovely floral aroma without overpowering the matcha. I especially liked having the honey osmanthus half mixed in for the perfect balance of sweetness, floral aroma and matcha strength 💚

☁️ Salted Iced Matcha Latte 🌱 with oat milk
@salted.cafe

An easy to drink matcha that was mild and not strong + bonus for the large cup size. Topped with a salted cream for extra creaminess and texture 👀

Also ordered the original salt bread which was fluffy + soft yet perfectly salted and had a buttery crust 😋
