DE AQUÍ 🌵

For this market, we wanted to do more than just announce our matcha vendors. We wanted to learn about the places + people who raised them & the culture that shaped them.

Our first vendor is @matchahouseaz 🍵 From Nayarit to Phoenix, Rocio has overcome many obstacles to make her dreams a reality. With a storefront opening soon, she can proudly say she made a way out 💚

Come meet her & experience @matchahouseaz at DE AQUÍ y DE ALLÁ

from México to Phoenix ~
Something beautiful has made its way aquí.

For DE AQUÍ Y DE ALLÁ, @compaspirits is bringing a collection of handmade art to Phoenix, with many of these pieces coming directly from artisans in San Miguel de Allende.

Each piece is shaped by hand.. not a computer prompt asking for a sugar skull.

These are pieces with character, imperfections, stories, and a maker behind them. There will be multiple one-of-a-kind pieces making the trip.

Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

This is DE ALLÁ.

Matcha Mrkt & @compaspirits present:
DE AQUÍ y DE ALLÁ. A new cultural exchange connecting Mexico + Arizona through craft, community & creativity 🎨

You’ll be able to shop for one-of-a-kind Mexican artisan crafts arriving in Arizona for the first time, while sipping exceptional cocktail samples & learning all about the faces behind the craft.

& we didn’t forget about the matcha! We’ve got our own Mexican locals @soundtrack.coffee_ @matchahouseaz & @maleta.cafe who will not only be representing their culture, but also their matcha style 🍵

We do have one more opening for a matcha vendor, so if you’re interested or know someone who might be… send us a DM!

Come for the market. Stay for the stories. Leave with something to remember.

and just like that… Sunday Matcha Service has come to an end ᴖ̈

A huge thank you to every single person who showed up & helped make this summer so special 🫂
Summers in AZ aren’t always easy for small businesses, so choosing to spend your Sundays supporting local means more than you know. Every purchase, conversation, tag, share, and familiar face helps keep these little community moments going 💚

& to all of our incredible vendors who joined us throughout this summer series…thank you. Each of you brings something so special to this community, & we feel incredibly lucky to have shared this space with you. We’re rooting for you always. 💫

& of course… a very special thank you to our dear friend @thatvegansocial. What started as a collaboration turned into a summer we’ll never forget. Thank you for trusting us, creating alongside us, & bringing our community into yours 💚

For now, we’re going to take a little time to slow down & dream up what’s next. But don’t worry, @thatvegansocial isn’t slowing down. They have TWO events coming next month, so go show them some love & keep the summer going!

Until next time, Phoenix 🌱

We’ve got @jaypoursmatcha joining us on Sunday August 30th for our final Sunday Matcha Service 🍵✨

Jaypours Matcha started 3 years ago simply because of her love for matcha. First as a hobby, then slowly becoming a lifestyle. One cup led to another, word of mouth did its thing, and Jaypours was born. Now she’s just a Filipina girly balancing a corporate job and her little matcha dream, still doing what started it all… getting to share a good cup of matcha with everyone and seeing it bring people together 🫂 by @matchamrkt

Introducing one of our new matcha vendors for Sunday Matcha Service ~ @lovebeanandsoul 💚

After taking some time off and traveling throughout different parts of Asia, Phylicia is ready to relaunch Love, Bean & Soul Coffee with fresh inspiration and a renewed vision ✈️

What started as a mobile coffee cart has grown into a coffee experience rooted in music, culture, and community. Now, she’s bringing those influences back to Phoenix through thoughtfully crafted drinks, meaningful connections, and experiences that feel like more than just a cup of coffee or matcha. We’re so excited to welcome Love, Bean & Soul to the Matcha Mrkt 🍵✨

@shakumakucafe is making a return to Sunday Matcha Service!! & here’s a special message from them:

“ShakuMaku Café started after traveling through Turkey, the UAE, and Iraq, where I saw firsthand how different the café culture is. It’s not about the drink, it’s about the hospitality. That stuck with me, and it’s why every cup I make is an experience. I’m reading you, matching your energy, checking in. The name ShakuMaku literally means “what is and what isn’t” because that’s what hospitality is. It’s about someone actually asking how you’re doing. I want this to be a third space for the community, a pillar of connection & communion one drink at a time.” 💚
