Ichigo is back! 🍓🍵

We know you've been waiting, and the official restock is finally here. Ichigo will be available online on October 8, 12PM. 💚

A QUICK NOTE ON WHAT'S NEW — Ichigo is still in its soft launch, and we're continuously refining it based on what we learn. For this restock, we're introducing Version 2.

Version 1 was made with 2nd harvest matcha. Version 2 blends 1st and 2nd harvest. We tested them side by side, and here's what we found:

Version 1 (2nd harvest)
🍓 Stronger strawberry aroma, both in the powder and after whisking
🍵 More bitter, though it balances out well once you add sweetener

Version 2 (1st + 2nd harvest blend)
🍵 More vibrant in color
🍓 Milder strawberry scent in the powder, though the strawberry flavor still comes through in lattes
🥛 Less bitter and creamier in a latte

So it comes down to preference: if you like a bolder, more aromatic cup, Version 1 had that. If you prefer something smoother and less bitter, Version 2 is for you.

We'd love to hear what you think once you've tried it. Your feedback helps shape what Ichigo becomes. 💚
