this pumpkin spice syrup is so versatile and perfect for fall! i drizzled a bit over my yogurt bowl this morning, it was delicious!! 🍂🤎

recipe:
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup water
1 tsp of vanilla extract (or vanilla bean)
dash of cinnamon
1 tbsp pumpkin spice
dash of sea salt

forgot to bring my sieve but it still came out delish!! i had oat milk with matcha for the the first time in a while and i think the one i got was overpowering the matcha. please let me know what your favorite oat milk is for matcha!! 💚

trying Otome Matcha from @senbirdtea 🍵

this matcha had a slight yellow-green shade and frothed up easily. it’s silky, vegetal, and umami. as someone who prefers nutty over vegetal matchas, i will probably use this matcha in lattes with cream tops or for fun drinks 💚
