A life in motion.

There are moments that remind you how much life can change in just one year.

A year ago, I barely knew Eva, Jamie, and Adam. Today, every person in these photos is someone I’m lucky enough to call my chosen family. ❤️

This weekend we headed just a few miles up the road from Park City for the Coalville Demolition Derby, and if you’ve never experienced one… put it on your list. The noise, the chaos, the community, and the pure fun make it one of those small-town traditions that everyone should experience at least once.

I’m definitely going to miss Vincent as he heads back to Germany this week, but I’m grateful I’ll still have Mateo around to keep the adventures going. Here’s to making the most of every moment with the people who become family.

And since I can’t resist sharing a little real estate insight… 👀

One of the best-kept secrets in Summit County right now is Coalville. There are some incredible buying opportunities for anyone looking for more space, mountain views, and value just outside of Park City.

Thinking about Coalville? Drop a comment below or send me a message—I’d love to chat about what’s happening in the market.
