🍂 SOLD! 🍂

If anyone is interested in having their own @fabtcg painting at home, I’d love to take on a few commissions for the autumn season. 🖤 They’ve been surprisingly popular, and each one is painted only once!

I’m also looking to move forward more seriously with traditional canvas illustration, especially for things like book covers, game artwork, album covers, portraits or other projects where a physical, hand-painted piece could fit.

If you know a company, studio, publisher, or someone who might be looking for this kind of work, please let me (or them) know I’m available!

Feel free to DM me for #commission or inquiries. 🖤🎨

A little fanart inspired by the retro days, back when I first played The #Witcher 1, when the series were relatively unknown and a long way from becoming the massive phenomenon it is today🐺⚔️

The original game was built on the same @bioware engine that powered #Neverwinter Nights, (which is a RPG masterpiece on its own). Really amazing to see just how far @cdprojektred has come since then.

I’m super excited to experience the next game and the upcoming remaster of The Witcher III looks outstanding 🔥🔥🔥 by @mateuszwart

In such a short time, I managed to eat some amazing food in a bustling city full of life, swim on the ferry, see massive ships in the dockyard, and experience the incredible light show at Miniatur Wunderland.

But the most important part was being able to catch up with you all once again. ❤️

A special shoutout to @mollie_pind @laurafabzong @line.steen for bringing so much positivity and warmth to the halls of Messe Schnelsen.

Now it’s time to sail away from the #fabtcg Calling Hamburg and head towards the next one far, far away, to the Land of the Rising Sun. 🇯🇵✨

Happy to see that Humour Plug sparked a few conversations across social media! 💉👀

It seems there might be “better” options out there but I’m still happy to see it becoming Dr. Mortimer’s signature weapon.

We went through few sketches and ideas, but the references provided by @lindnr created a clear vision of what the final design should feel like 🔥

You’ll be able to find this little annoying fella in the upcoming #fabtcg product Smash Palace: Chorus of Steel, where he’ll be making his grand entrance as an event card.

I have to admit, I felt quite uncomfortable while painting his silly little mug… and honestly, I still do. 😅
There’s just something about him that makes me want to punch him in the face.

Hope he brings you as much joy, confusion, and annoyance as he brought me. 👀

As I was "remastering" this illustration, I found myself wondering whether we're living through the last generation that truly understands what it takes to create #art 🎨

Artists were once celebrated much like master blacksmiths; people who devoted decades to perfecting their craft through years of practice, discipline and experience.

#AI is growing more capable every day, producing images, stories, and music in seconds. While this puts incredible power into more people's hands, I worry that it's also making us value the destination more than the journey.

Without developed imagination, we wouldn't even be able to appreciate fantasy art in the first place. The worlds we love begin as someone's vision, shaped through years of dedication. We already see signs of mass scale creative stagnation in the endless stream of sequels, remakes, and safe reimaginations ☹️

If this message resonates with you, I'd appreciate a follow ❤️ Everything you see on this page is created the hard way with patience and a love for the craft💪🔥🔥🔥 by @mateuszwart

In less than a month we will gather again during the upcoming #fabtcg Calling: Hamburg 🏰 For this occasion, I’ve prepared another limited set of souvenir magnets, this time inspired by the rift motif that connects the upcoming set with my Tear Through the Portal artwork 🤟

My idea is to create magnets that link the spirit of a city with the world of Flesh and Blood. Placing them next to each other is where the true magic happens as together they create a continuous journey through memories 🪄✨

In the years to come, players will be able to proudly look back at their collection and relieve all the adventures, battles, and friendships created along the way 💪❤️I hope you’ll grab yours before they run out. See you in #Hamburg! taken in Hamburg, Germany by @mateuszwart

In a world filled with endless noise and constant conflict, perhaps what we need most is a little more #peace and the courage to embrace quiet reflection🕊️

The greatest change won't come from louder voices, but from calmer minds, kinder hearts, and a shared desire for tranquility 🌿

For the longest time, I wanted to be a #digital artist because I imagined it would give me the freedom to work from anywhere in the world. Yet somehow, I still ended up spending most of my days tied to a PC...💻🌍

I also never expected that eventually I would need a dedicated room for #traditional art🎨🖼️Once I started working with canvases, piles of cardboard, packaging materials and art supplies, the space filled up incredibly fast🫤

I'll be recording many more videos here; sharing my creative process. Bound a little bit less than before and finally heading in the right direction. Thank you to everyone who's been following this unexpected journey. I can't wait to show you what comes out of this space 🔥🔥🔥

Just a quick photo of one of my first acrylic paintings on paper, back when I was still experimenting with different materials and techniques. I no longer use acrylics because I found they darken unpredictability as they dry so I switched to #oils 🎨💜💜💜

With drying mediums like @winsorandnewton Liquin, oils dry the next day, so I don't really see a reason to go back to #acrylics. I've also realized that A4 paper is simply too small for the kind of work I want to create for TCG illustrations.✨

Right now, I'm working on five large canvas paintings, and I can't wait to share the results (and the timelapses) with you soon!
