This was texted to me a few months ago. I don’t know Anna or Belle. But for some reason I never deleted this. 🤷 by @matfieldbrett

I salvaged as many of my records as I could after last summer’s flood…only to have my cats use them as a scratching post. 😩 #catsareaholes #releasethefiles by @matfieldbrett

This week, I’ve been reading this book slowly and savoring it while I’m not teaching. Brings back so many awesome memories and happy feelings of mail ordering—just tons of CDs without ever even hearing a song, trusting that if it was part of Asian Man Records, I was going to love it. #skaskaska #ska #gerryisstrong by @matfieldbrett

New Bowler album has “dropped”. Proud of this one. Finally finished after a flood, a move, and two unsuccessful ear surgeries. #homerecording #tascam #diymusician #powerpop #dawless by @matfieldbrett

Months ago, I uploaded the backing tracks to this song when I recorded them on my #fostex280 4-track. I haven’t posted in forever, so here’s the finished song. It’s called “All of Your Words”. #bowlerrocks #homerecording #tascammodel12 #tascam424 by @matfieldbrett

RIP to the #punkrock record collection I’ve been amassing for the last 30 years. It died an agonizing death under four feet of water in my basement last night—not 12 hours before I was supposed to drive to Denver for @punkintheparkfest to see @theaquabats @voodooglowskulls @mustard_plug @catbiteband @descendents @badreligionband @madcaddiesofficial @bitemebambi @killlincolndc etc. Big time bummer. by @matfieldbrett
