MDTrio - Latin Grammys 2025 - For Your Consideration

The first time for things is always special, and this one warmed my heart! I’m very happy to share with the world my album TRIO, released this year, for the consideration of the Grammy Academy.

This album represents an important step in my life, and I’m grateful for every positive feedback, every touching mention, and every result that has come from this intense work—filled with so much energy, so much love and so many dear friends.

This project features specially the inventive and irresistibly relevant drumming of Maurício Melo and the solid, sharp bass of Darcy Gomes—my companions on this journey.

Mixed and mastered entirely by Jorge Solovera
Mainly recorded at Studio Quadrature by Auguste Manly, also at Studio BopCity by Max Josien, Robson Galdino, and Ítalo Aguiar.
Videos by Caio Marcio Santos
Label Nesso Music

I wish the best of luck and much success to all the dear friends and incredible musicians on the list. May everything be as beautiful and fair as music itself. taken in Paris, France by @matheusrvdonato

To improvise is to imagine something solid from a shape, to create certainty out of hesitation, to find another possibility within paths already taken.

Have you heard our single “Blackbird”? 🐦‍⬛

It’s now available on all streaming platforms, along with a beautiful full-length video. Go check it out!

In a moment of inspiration, every spark can turn into fireworks.

Playing together is about staying always ready for that moment when emotion suddenly takes over. Captured by @hubert_caldagues, this is a glimpse of the complicity, freedom and deep connection that happen when we play together.

The full video of Blackbird is out now. That's our first single of our first album together so watch it, listen to it, and find the track on your favorite music platform as much as your heart will. Link in our bios.
