This month, I visited a friend who's lost the ability to speak. We spent hours gazing and smiling at each other, sharing jokes and emotions without words. Somehow, our conversations felt more profound than any words could express. Often, we talk out of habit rather than presence. My friend's courage reminded me the value of being fully present, finding simplicity and clarity in silences. I often have this conversation, as I am challenged by many for my words. It’s seems anyone holding strong opinions and faith in their methods / ways of viewing their existence…… As triggers, few words can challenge your entire concept of Identity or ” reality “ and it is those who attach the most their identity to their beliefs that suffer their grip….. Sometimes you do not know why people get so mad when simply sharing, perhaps you unknowingly managed to reach the part of themselves that has been hiding behind all that Pride. That one part that isn’t quite sure of anything. Love yourself, even if it means making others uncomfortable, perhaps it’s exactly why your presence is important in their lives, you induce movement just like in a stale body of water that lacks oxygen, you come to disturb their waters so they can find their way to cleansing ripples again. #adanima #towardsthesoul #sharing #quality #judgment #lovequotes by @mathieufrancoiss

Imagine you’re wandering in a dense forest where every direction looks the same. A purpose is that compass needle that points you towards a direction that feels right for you, even if the destination isn’t visible yet.

In simple words, having purpose means knowing—or seeking to know—why you wake up in the morning. It’s the invisible hand that guides your choices, nudging you towards actions that feel meaningful. Purpose is deeply personal and can be as modest as bringing smiles to those around you or as grand as changing the world’s landscape.

It’s the difference between drifting on the ocean carried by any wave, and sailing with a chosen destination. The waves and storms will still hit, but when you have a purpose, you have a reason to mend the sails, to steer, and to keep going even when land is out of sight.
