Still wondering how I pulled a marathon off the bike with a weekly mileage of 30k and just coming back from pericarditis 🫠 I’m actually still trying to rebuild my run, what I felt the strongest in isn’t as easy rn but it’ll come back ❤️ bring on 2026!!

Thank you so much @performancebliss1 for being the best coach I could’ve hoped for ⭐️
And thank you @foherco for supporting me with the best looking kits EVERRR… Cause look I might not be the fastest (yet) but I for sure was the one receiving the most compliments on race day!! ⚡️(and also hands down the most comfy cause what do you mean I did not even chafe ???)

Ran this with my heart and soul more than my legs really! That run was therapeutic 💫🪽💕 not the conditions I’d have hoped for but when life gives you lemons…

An update that’s well overdue!! 🥹 the last month has been so intense I needed to have more clarity before updating on here!!

🐬 : Byron Bay is now my home 🏡
🏊🏼‍♀️🚴🏻‍♀️🏃‍♀️ : the end of the year…. BUT ESPECIALLY next year are going to be wild wild wild. With a massive project in July 2027 that I can’t wait to take you on. And before then, Gold Coast @t100triathlon @t100community which I can’t wait for. We’re definitely going to take advantage from being so close to the race location eheh
👩🏻‍⚕️: moving onto a physiotherapist position I’ve always hoped for in a place I’ve always loved. It’ll be a new challenge professionally that I can’t wait to be taking ✨

So grateful triathlon (and… TRIATHLETES 😏) have entered my life the past years as it made this life transition so much smoother. Who’s going to be at Gold Coast T100 in March??

My last reels got a bit more attention than I thought it would and to be honest I was quite surprised by some comments… so here we go :)

Because there are still families that will push boys only towards sports.

Because some women cumulate socio economic and environment factors that will keep them away from sports their whole life.

Because the next generation needs to have better opportunities and chances than the past did.

Because many girls quit their sport in their teenage years, when their body change and does not fit what is being represented as the norm.

Because 50 YEARS AGO women were not even allowed racing a marathon. 50 YEARS.

Because many sports are dominated by male and it is intimidating to make your spot and be respected by others.

Because we’ve somehow been told that athletic can’t be sexy. That smaller is better. That muscles are masculine.

And many will NEVER recover from it.

For the women who fought and continue to fight to take up space in sport.
To change the narrative around what is possible for women.
To champion women’s participation and the realisation of their potential.
For women’s mental health and wellbeing.

Honestly the most embarrassing ad from Sydney Sweeney. No amount of money should convince a woman to give that image to female athletes. While they are still battling for the same recognition, same prize money… and much more. Disgusted is honestly a understatement.
A little reminder that Women represent only 18% of the field on an Ironman triathlon start line. And while many of us are trying to be more visible, represent women and little girls so they dare to take that first step and to dream and part take in sports more… others are doing…well, whatever that sh*t is.
