Celebrating 70 years of the iconic Ladybird, Blancpain unveils the Lady B, a striking continuation of the Maison’s legacy in compact watchmaking.
Housed in an delicate 19 mm case, it is powered by the automatic caliber 615. At just 15.7 mm across, it stands as one of the smallest round automatic mechanical movements today.
This craftsmanship honors a heritage beginning in 1956, when the record-breaking R52/R55 calibre measured a mere 11.85 mm.
Designed to be worn as a true piece of jewelry, the Lady B merges technical mastery with modern style, featuring a sliding case and a double-tour calf leather strap.

When a passion for the mountains meets the art of watchmaking, you get the Reference 1965 by @alexandre.martin.watches. A timepiece crafted by a passionate watchmaker who drew his entire inspiration from the summits.

The overall result is stunning, it is strikingly minimalist at first glance, yet remarkably detailed upon closer inspection. I’m especially obsessed with the floating indexes and the finishing on the movement is pure artistry.

I haven’t disappeared… a little miracle just turned my world upside down and it has been the most beautiful new adventure of all.

Life is running on a completely different schedule these days, but I couldn’t be happier.

I’ve truly missed the watch world and all the wonderful people who make it so special. I’m excited to slowly step back in, reconnect, and catch up on everything I’ve missed.

Earlier this summer, I had the chance to discover the new Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Automatique 38 mm.

I’ll admit, I was a bit sceptical at first, especially about the pink accents paired with the NATO strap. But once on the wrist, it just clicked ! It is fresh, playful, and perfectly balanced.

And then there’s the other star, the smoky black mother-of-pearl with red gold. A totally different mood, more bold, and a little dramatic.

Both carry the soul of the original 1953 diver — sapphire bezel, 300 m water resistance, in-house calibre with 100 hours of power reserve — but with a new, wearable 38 mm size.

Surprising, versatile, and seriously good looking. Which one would you pick, the pink pop or smoky glow? 🩷🖤
